I love the chicken but the fact that their French fries are always waaaayyyy too salty and always undercooked ruins the... experience for me. I ask them to make them crispy and when they do it they are good, but they decide they only want to do itabout 25% of the time. It?s a shame because their chicken is good. Store was busy and drive thru was moving forward fine. I had some issues with the visit though. The order taker was rude and had... a bad attitude. Our drinks were loaded with ice leaving little to drink. For the price, the strips were unusually small. Imight return for a dine in visit but the strips must be better than this. Even Walmart serves healthier size food. We should nothave to go to Sonic to buy another drink for our meal. Read more

So excited this Louisiana chain made its way to Arkansas! Chicken strips are always spot on, crinkle fries never fail, Cane... sauce perfect addition, and sweet tea is better than grandma's! I've been here twice now and have the same opinion for both times. It's just ok. The chicken tenders are somewhat crunchy but... lack a good seasoning blend in the batter. The fries are decent but the Texas toast, not so much. It's just a thick slice ofbread with a light buttery toasting on one side. Not great. Now I know from the reviews that most folks seem to love the Cane'ssauce. I'm not one of them. Perhaps if they had other sauce options that would help. The tenders were crunchy and juicy but the fries was too salty. The coleslaw and the Texas toast was good. The beverage table... was wet and dirty. They do wipe down the top of the tables but not the chairs and the sides of tables. They do not empty thetrash cans routinely. They only do if it's full and over flowing. The staff was friendly. Never had bad service here. Line usually moves decently. My main complaint is the fries. The fries are very much over salted... and just standard like grocery store fries. The coleslaw is simply?.ok. The chicken is decent but I mean?if you took away thecane sauce.. it?s just the same as any other fast chicken place like Zaxby?s or slims but you can?t get ranch here lol. GREAT location, easy to find Brand New place right off of HWY 630 West. Was impressed as I parked and went in to check it out... and get dinner. Employees clean, friendly and Extra quick to greet me and suggest what to have for dinner. 3 piece dinner Combow/ Med Coke. Perfect size for the hunger I had. The Disco Balls in the inside dining area was a nice touch. Outside seatingcomplete with Lights and fans. I'll be back, often. Read more
