Pull Up at Big Dave's is just as advertised. You Pull up, order, wait for your food, then pick up when they call your number. ... The food was great. I had the BBQ beef sandwich and you could taste the smoke. Great flavor and good sandwich. My friend had theribs and he couldn't eat the whole order for lunch. We'll be back. Read more
I?m only giving them a 3 because the onion rings and loaded nachos are great. My fish wasn?t fried hard like I asked and had no... seasoning. The tartar sauce tasted like Miracle Whip with nothing added to it. The fries were basic and the hush puppies areflavorless. I had the Big Dave's loaded fries with beef. The presentation was top notch! The cheese was canned and didn't taste to good, I... recommend a cheese dip or even just shredded cheese that would set it off! Also BBQ sauce was bland not bad though. Yall thosecookies omg one its in particular the strawberry that's the best damn cookie I've ever tasted and I topped it off with theirimmaculate lemonade yall they have about 8 flavors! I struggled with giving a 1 but the young lady taking orders had great customer service so I wanted to give another star for... that; HOWEVER, you visit restaurants for the food and not customer service. I've been wanting to visit for a while but my workschedule and the restaurant's early closing time does not allow me to visit until now, so imagine my disappointment when I'vebeen looking forward to one of their juicy burgers to discover that I had to pay $7.99 for the burger alone (no cheese, noside). I also visited because of the dessert selection from Bundts by Rod. They charge $4.75 per slice! ???? That along with notbeing made aware that I would be charged a fee for paying with a credit card, I paid $14.00 for a plain burger and a slice ofcake! I'm glad this is Giving Tuesday because I feel as if I just donated to a small black business. But seriously, it hasbecome more and more difficult for me to want to support small black businesses because we do not do our customers right. Theycould have at least threw in fries at that price or at least given me a slice of cheese. I could've gotten a cheeseburger withtwo patties, cheese, and a side for just $2 more at Red Robin.
