It's really a shameBecause when I first started going there it wasAwesome. But like every other restaurant in Little RockIt went... down! You wouldn't think ham, bacon & chz would be that hard to remember, but it Is apparently! I NEVER GET MY BACON!!! Food is fantastic. Gave lower stars because of how they decided to style the womens bathroom. They have a modeling picture of... George from Seinfeld hanging up in the bathroom, very weird and unecessary. Read more

Great experience from start to finish. Clean location, although hard to see from University Ave. Tucked into the middle of... upscale living and shopping center. Kenneth was great in suggesting Drinks, Cookies, and a Side item. Greeted, and Thanked, Igreatly appreciate being welcomed to spend hard earned money anywhere. Outside seating at 4 tables. A bit chilly, but worthpeople watching while having lunch. Great Job to all. Just completed Survey on Reciept, and earned a Great tasting SugarCookie.. Read more
Not just sandwiches, even though their toasted bread and flat bread are incredible even on a peanut butter and jelly sandwich?... They also have soup, macaroni and cheese, cookies, chips, multiple different custom made milkshakes. Great little restaurantwith a very friendly staff. Read more
I absolutely love the sandwiches here. They are served warm from a turnstile similar to what fast food pizzas are cooked in. My... favorite selection is 'the wreck' with bacon on it. Though I have never experienced this before, on this visit when I ordered aOreo cookie shake the young lady did not fill my cup with the ice cream mixture but there was a good 1/2 cup of shake left inthe blender. I thought that she was going to get a spatula is get the rest out but she inverted the blender and rinsed it outbefore I could say something about the discrepancy. This will in no way stop me from going to potbelly (it one of my favoritesandwich shops), but that event will keep me from ordering there shakes in the future. Read more
