I like this store more than the others. I forget sometimes that they give you random pieces and you must ask for what you want.... Since the lobby closes early you have to use the drive-through, so I asked for my specific pieces when I got to the window, Iwas lectured on the proper process. Yes, ma'am, I got you. I guess I will order Chicken Sandwiches from now on. Just kidding, Ido recommend this place they are faster and more efficient than most stores, hence the lecture, LOL. Read more

I stopped by to purchase dinner on the 29th of October 2022 at the Col Glenn location in Little Rock, AR and when I returned... home I notice one of my boxes didn?t have chicken. I returned to the store and the manager asked for the box that was missingthe chicken. I gave her the box and the bag that they gave me. She proceeded to take the bag through the drive thru windowwhich was extremely unsanitary especially due to the COVID cases that are still being reported. A few minutes later shereturned the bag with the chicken in the box that I gave her unclosed. I asked her for her name and she refused to give me hername. She said her name was ?the manager.? When did managers start being rude and nasty to customers. The chicken was overcooked and the fries was cold and nasty. If I could give them no stars I would. Clean location, and close to the dealerships if you're shopping and need a quick lunch. Also very well maintained, you can't... tell how long its been established, seems like it was built yesterday. Read more
