I gave it a low star on service because I spent twenty five dollars and ask for one packet of sauce he stated it was maybe... .35-.50 cents after I paid. I tried to find change but didn't have any. You would think he would have said here you as acourtesy but no he he want the change. If there were not hungry kids in the car I would have been petty and said refune me my$25 fir your .35-.50 cents. Customer Service is not what it use to be. They didn?t add any cinnamon to the cinnamon apple pies but added paper.
I hate to say it but I eat fast food way too much! I don't get off until 8 p.m. and by then it's time to pick a place and call... it one! Well, I don't think there's been one time that I said, "that was great customer service!" Because the normal response atthis time of night has always been the same negative, rushed, extremely terrible customer service by employees obviously don'tcare about people or the establishment they work for because they are outright embarrassing that place and losing business tothat location so we try some more different every night, and every single night, without fail, that is what happens! Well untiltonight around 10:30 me and my girlfriend went through the Popeyes on Markham and to my surprise to be greeted by the nicest,most well-spoken, helpful, positive, knowledgeable, kind and amazing person, Ms. Christian! As soon as me and my girlfrienddrove off from the speaker, we looked at each other and were in such shock of how amazing we just got treated! When every singlenight we get treated with disrespect, negligence, unprofessional conduct, and terrible customer service! Little did they know,tonight with our three year anniversary and because I got caught late with a client, I didn't get home until 10:00! So Popeyeswas our anniversary dinner and because of their generosity, positive attitudes, and amazing customer service, it really made ournight and it might sound cheesy or whatever but if you've been treated like we've been treated recently at fast foodestablishments you would be writing the same review that I'm writing right now! Lastly we were greeted at the window by anotherasset of Popeyes, Ms. Brandy! Amazing customer service, thank you both, y'all are the reason we'll be back, y'all both deserve ahuge raise!! Always hot but they always don't have what you want. It's either we just have legs and breasts and only have mashed potatoes.... They are usually out of Mac and cheese and Cajun rice. I have experienced this on 2 separate occasions. Read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would.. I went to try the new Stallion sauce. I order the 8 piece nuggets with fries. Which came with... a biscuit. The nuggets was cold, the fries where stale and the biscuit was cold as well. I don't know if they where slow andthe food had been sitting but that was a total disappointment. And to top it off my nuggets wasn't even all the way cooked. Theonly thing was good was the hottie sauce. It was nice, could've been a lil hotter but it was good. Read more
Lobby only open until 8:00. Hardly had any gravy on my potatoes and didn't get a spoon. How hard is it to put a spoon in a bag... if they order mash potatoes. But what I got tasted good, just very bad service. Read more
