Food is always great and service is always terrible.
So disappointed with this store (Sore 4643). Customer service was not that good but the worst was with the food. I ordered the... shrimp special. The had to cook some so that took awhile, then she ask for the fries. They had to cook those so I stated whydidn?t they put them on at the same time , now the shrimp is going to get cold. She stated it hold only take another 3 or dominutes. Well I checked and sure enough tHe shrimp was cold. She just looked at me and walked away. Well then when I get homethere is NO Biscuit in the box and it is listed on my ticket. That is really the best thing. Most likely I will not be back. The better of Popeye's in Little Rock. Quick service as well
So today I was kind of disappointed with the customer service I received. I did a online order for the $8.99 special (the pic... isn't accurate but it's to give an idea) which came with 5pc chicken 2 sides and 2 biscuits. Now it doesn't specify that youhave to get just white or just dark. So when I got to the store my order wasn't ready just yet, so cambert (not sure how tospell it but he is one of the managers) asked me what I was needing to order and I told him my name, and he started to pack itup. I politely asked if I could get that dark meat (since there wasn't any specifications online) he said no not on thepromotion (it was his tone that I didn't like). So the next issue I ran into is when I asked if I could get about 10 packs ofhoney (I like honey on my chicken and biscuits). He said I can give you four but will have to charge you for the rest (it wasthe tone of his voice once again). I didn't mind paying for honey but the way mangers speak to customers is kind of ridiculoushonestly. The whole thing could've been stated differently but unfortunately it wasn't. I like to leave positive reviews insteadof negative ones. The only other bad review I have is that the fries tasted kind of old, but everything else was pretty decent.So I hope no one else goes through this experience and if so just speak up so you can be heard. Going through the drive thru, we got rushed when even when there wasn?t a single other person there. Then they shoved my whole... order into a tiny bag and squished it all. I have ordered delivery a few times and 2/3 times they left out part of my order. Read more
Wonderful food and excellent service!! We were treated terribly at 2 popeyes locations before finally pulling in to this one.... With little hope, we gave it one last attempt! We explained our situation to them. The man said that even though they are allindividually franchised and that they had nothing to do with the other locations, they would take care of us! Even though it wascoming out of their stores profits. And They did! So kind! We even bought more items from them for being so helpful! I recommendthis particular location to everyone! I purchased dinner for my family this evening. I'm was very impressed about the cleanliness of the building (bathroom, etc).... The friendly, knowledgeable, & professional staff were the best!! My food was freshly prepared with prompt delivery. Theirservices were exceptional, I'll definitely visit here again!!
