We eat at Panera frquently and thankfully, this place is not a reflection of all the other Paneras we have been to. The... experiance began quite strangely when we walked in to see another group at the counter looking around confusingly. It was clearthat although there were several employees in view, none were going to help at the counter. After using the kiosk, we recievedour food which was generally good except that the salad had pieces of rotting lettuce and a long black hair. Gross. Read more
This visit has made this my last Panera visit!! I ordered half steak and cheese sandwich and broccoli macaroni and cheese...the... bread was so hard, the meat was 2 different colors and the macaroni was runny... horrible 20.00 meal. I called back and spoke toBrian the area manager and he promised me a do over for free. If I do decide to go back and get it, I'll let you all know ifBrian kept his word. Read more
We stood at the counter for awhile til finally a cook stopped to grab a manager, who it turns out was sitting and chatting with... another associate and could see us waiting the whole time. She took our order acting as inconvenienced as possible. And it isn'tbusy, in fact we are the only people in line. No apology for our wait, not even a smile or eye contact. If they need bettermanagement I would be glad to make recommendations from my years in the service industry. Read more
Went for dinner last night. The smell of the dumpster noticeable at the front door should have been a sign to get back in the... car. Trash was on the floor at the entrance and that continued throughout the store. While trying to order someone from thekitchen staff came out and was trying to have a personal conversation with the cashier, who thankfully told her to wait untilshe was done with the order. The food was terrible. A grilled cheese is pretty difficult to foul up but it was bad enough my sonwouldn't touch it. My wife was disappointed with her meal as well. All the while, there was an unattended child sitting acrossfrom us with a tablet screaming and blaring music from his tablet. I would bet he was an employee's child. Definitely will notbe in a Panera Bread again. Read more
The food is always great in taste. Only complaint is how expensive it is for such small portions. Who can afford to eat here? A... drink, small salad, small soup over $20. Ridiculous. Read more

The staff at this location are very attentive and friendly. I went here the first time by accident, thinking I was in Star... Sucks, which is located right next door. This was a fortuitous mistake! Panera has plenty of seating, good coffee, a reasonablypriced food menu and plenty of natural light due to their large windows. Read more
