We went to Mugs on a recommendation. It was a Monday morning, but they were still fairly busy. I ordered the Omelet. When our... food arrived, my omelet was very overcooked, had the wrong choice of veggies, and was inedible. We sent it back and the manageragreed that it was extremely overcooked. They prepared a replacement omelet which was served with an apology and a refund. Thesecond omelet was very good. I gave them four stars because everyone makes mistakes, but not everyone corrects it as theyshould. Mugs management did a great job of correcting a mistake and then serving a good omelet. Read more
Best Biscuits and Gravy you can find in Little Rock. Also is pet friendly outside. Lil Bill had a great time.
Honestly, I love this place. Great food, great coffee, friendly staff, and great hours. My only gripe is that sometimes there... are flies. Not a big deal, but also something that could be easily resolved with some fly traps. Read more
If you want a place for food, come here! If you want a place for coffee and drinks, DO NOT COME HERE!! I?m a Matcha lover and... every time I order, I give them the benefit of the doubt and ask for extra Matcha powder. The reason I do is because it?s alwayslight green. And yet, I order one last time and still way too much milk and barely a sprinkle of matcha. It seems they hireyoung kids who don?t know how to make coffee or any drinks and still don?t teach them right. These young kids just work therefor fun and not because they truly know coffee. Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Waited for 10 minutes in a line that didn't exist for someone to take my order. I asked... for an omelet with onions and bells peppers. What I get is essentially a bunch of chopped raw vegetables wrapped in a Luke warmfried egg. I ordered a cold brew coffee, that tasted burnt. My boyfriend couldn't eat his biscuits and gravy. French toast was delicious, with a nice crisp. Espresso was a little light for my liking but still good. Service was super... friendly and the atmosphere is really relaxed. Lots of outdoor seating to enjoy which was a great bonus. Read more
Such a great little coffee shop right in the middle of the Heights! We parked around the corner on the street and it was only... about two blocks away. My friend got breakfast tacos which he raved about and I got a spicy chorizo omelette which wasfantastic. The coffee is great, the environment is great and the staff or super kind and helpful. I had a disappointing experience on my first visit here. I did not feel welcome and never received my food (grilled cheese)... despite waiting 45 minutes. I ended up politely requesting a refund, which was provided. The store did not appear to be busy orunderstaffed, so I?m not sure what happened there. Staff seemed generally unconcerned and unfriendly. It?s a shame bc thefacility itself was appealing (spacious, warmly lit, inviting), but my experience was so profoundly negative that I don?t seemyself returning.
