I have gone to this location a few times and the customer service has been terrible!! From not having my to go order correct and... even letting someone take my to-go order and them not wanting to remake it. The workers have been lazy by not wanting to refreshthe veggies or prepare more meat when they?re out when it?s well before closing time. Corporate should really look into thisbecause this is not good business!! Read more

The burrito was a bit strange. They use tiny little spoons for guac and additional toppings. They roll it like a fat oblong... thing. A bit pricey for what you get but the taste was ok. Read more

The Moe's on Chenal has been slowly declining in service over the years. They are always out of something and have an ever... changing cast of "employees" (even before COVID). Today I go in, only two people ahead of me. One was already checking out andthe other getting ready to check out (and they looked disgusted with the service so I probably should have known then). Threeemployees walk back and forth from the order line to the register and not one of them acknowledged me. The girl (who I'massuming was making on line orders took 5 minutes to stir and pour cheese dip into a cup while cursing because she later pickedup a hot tortilla and still as I stood in front of her for 5 minutes , she did not acknowledge nor tell the other employees thatI had not been served. After the "manager" is done checking the person in front of me out, she comes to ( after 10minutes of noacknowledgement) talk to the rest of the crew while playing in her hair. Now there are four people standing in front of me, twoother employees not far away from them and as I turn to walk off, the manager and another employee who had been walking back andforth say ohh..as I'm walking out the door. Y'all SUCK!! Moe's train your employees better. Even in these trying times, goodservice should still exist. On this you are in full LACK!!! Read more
