I have had multiple bad experiences with this specific location.. specifically with receiving the correct order and freshness of... my orders. It seems they may be short handed or something in the kitchen as the customer service is also lacking at times.Today, I ordered a spicy deluxe chicken and received a non spicy chicken sandwich with the wrong type of lettuce and it wassoggy? no straw and apparently they didn?t have the correct sauce. I use to work at McDonald's. I know when old fries have been refried to make them seem like they're fresh. I have been to this... location before and the food was fresh. Will not go there after a game again. We waited too long to get warm, stale fries. Wasnot worth turning back to address the problem. Read more
I had just had a medical procedure. My husband was driving me home from Little Rock to Hot Springs. AR. Having something really... cold, refreshing and crunchy was an incredibly sweet thought at that moment for me. We drove through the drive through for thenormal amount of time. Everyone was polite, fast and efficient. My husband handed me my ice cream cone. With greatdisappointment I saw a malformed vanilla glob of ice milk sitting on top of the sugar cone. By the time I said something to myhusband we had pulled away. I only received half my ice cream. I realize I am complaining about a small issue. But aren't theyall small issues. All I ask is that your employees please just fill the order's the way they are trained to. Yes, I have workedfastfood and in the the service industry. Thank you so much for your time. Rude workers. Did not get one order right while I was there. Running food out to cars that are not there. Remaking this lady's... order because they gave away to someone else. Very surprised. Was asked to pull up and wait, no problem, but then given lukewarm fries and a cold cheeseburger? Never had this... happen at any McDonald's before. Staff were polite, just couldn't figure out what happened. Not a special order. Read more
I came here in the morning before work. The drive thru had a long line so I decided to order inside. The kiosks were not... operating so I went to the register. I was the only person inside the lobby. An employee saw me there and said someone would bewith me. 10 minutes later I was still standing there, the employees were only catering to the drive thru. Another 5 min lateranother person walked into the lobby and stood behind me. At that time, an unhappy employee came out, took my order then walkedaway knowing that there was someone behind me also wanting to order. After I ordered I did get my food quickly, but maybe tooquick - when I checked my order the hashbown cold. I decided not to address it with the employees as I didn't want to waitanother 15min to be addressed by someone who looked miserable to be there. I do understand that they were busy with the drivethru and most likely short staffed so I'm giving 3 stars. The mcmuffin was good, but I probably won't order breakfast at thislocation again. Came through last week, ordered my meal with large fries. Wasn't even filled up... Came through today with the same order, they... shorted the fries again. Tell me, is it worth paying for "large fries?" Are employees penalized for filling up the box? If youregonna keep doing this, take out the option to order large. Read more
