The McDonald's on baseline in Arkansas is by far my favorite ever! I usually use the one in landmark but I decided to come to... baseline today and I had dinner for my whole family made. These guys were very very very patient these guys were very good attheir job and I would recommend anybody to come to baseline McDonald's if they want to have a smile on your face by the end ofthe day ?? thank you for making the environment feel homely.... I ordered $106 of food for a much needed treat for my family. We dont eat fast food often and this is exactly why. 1 happy meal... did not have the apples, and was missing the requested toddler toy. I received 1 of the 2 filet of fish I ordered, and wasmissing a small fry as well. My burgers and fries arrived cold, like they'd been bagged and thrown on the counter until thedriver came. I myself work in fast food, and I understand it can be frustrating to have such a large order but it's someone'sjob to check the bags with the receipt to ensure order accuracy. My rating would have been higher if my food was at least hot,and my fries salty and crisp. Nothing worse than reheated French fries. Read more
I went to this store at the drive thru at about 11:20 on 10/22/22 and these people are the worst and is the epitome of ghetto.... First, they were arguing at each other so loud, they weren?t even paying attention to the job they were doing. I?m pretty sure agirl walked out too. They got our order wrong and when we tried to tell the lady at the pickup window we?d pay for what theymissed(the difference), she said we could only get what?s on the receipt and was refusing us and being rude while not letting ustalk. She left us at the window (we thought to figure it out) and the man that took our order was going to help us out, and thenshe came back with the same story that we got what we ordered. Also the fries were thrown upside down in the bag. It?s not myfault the order was placed incorrectly. I?m never coming back to this McDonald?s. It?s always something. Didn?t get any strawseither. I go to this location quite frequently. I always have an issue with the fast food workers. Extremely rude and disrespectful. I... WILL NEVER BUY FOOD FROM THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN. OMG!!! This has to be the worst franchise owned McDonald's it is. First of all, the service is slow. So slow that customers... walked out, no one at register to greet customers. Then there was an unbearable smell in the restaurant. I walked in when aguest asked the manager what was the smell, and he replied that all McDonald's have the same smell. Not the ones I've been to!It smelled as of the floor had been mopped with a sour, dirty mop. Workers have no hairnets on, hats or gloves, oh my God. Whoowns this place? Places real dirtiy you can tell from the pictures had to wait 7 minutes for one cup of coffee and there was nobody in front of... me at the counter. 2 to 3 months ago I would have given this McDonald's a zero star on the speed of service because it was poor for a long time, a... long time. I have sat in the drive thru for as long as 45 minutes. This time time service was much improved. Hopefully bettermanagement is the reason. Read more
