I went through this McDonald?s at around 4:30am on Saturday, October 8th. When I got to the drive-thru ordering speaker, the... lady who was working was very rude all around. But I asked if she could do two separate orders, as I was going to pay separatelyfrom someone else I had with me, and she stated ?Ma?am there?s only two employees, I can?t do that for you?. It?s not what yousay, it?s how you say it. And they weren?t busy at all. I didn?t even get asked if I wanted a receipt, I didn?t get my receiptin general. I didn?t get greeted or made to feel welcomed. Don?t work in customer service if you don?t want to deal with peopleor aren?t a people person. It?s like every time I go to this McDonald?s, the employees make you feel like a burden. I will spendmy money at other locations that make me feel like my money is worth spending there. Read more
Just as bad as ever. Waited in the line 15 minutes, get my food... it's cold. Asked the girl at the window that handed me my... food if the sauce was in the box...she says yes ma'am! Nope, sauce is Not in the box. So now I have to go in and return all ofthe cold food and get sauce. No sense of urgency for their customers at all. The whole staff acts like a bunch of zombies.Nobody knew what was going on. Definitely a management problem. Never again! Read more
It?s rare a give a 1-star rating, but this McDonald?s on the overnight shift just sucks. One occasion they messed my order up 3... times in a row. I returned it to the window a 2nd time, and they brought the same sandwich back and put my correct topping in acontainer in the side. Another visit tonight, I ordered a double burger and was given a single that was literally cold. I won?tpatronize here again overnight because the mgr on that shift doesn?t care about the quality of service. The workers just bestanding in the food window not doing anything but talking. Read more
Had to get the adult meal. Why because I wanted a toy! Did I get the toy I wanted? Yes I did!!
The b business in the Drive-Thru seem to be more of a priority than the lobby of course business in the Drive-Thru is much more... steady than the lobby. The cleanliness of the lobby was a three on a 1 to 10 scale with 10 being the cleanest it could be. I hadto wait an unusually long amount of time to get an ice cream cone and a large drink. The drink stations in the lobby were bothcompletely out of ice. Also, they were out of sweet tea and napkins. Read more
Are we serving a spoon size amount of eggs these days?!? What a disappointment and lack of effort to supply a customer with an... adequate amount for what they paid for. I won?t be spending anymore money with you. Read more
With only 2 cars at the drive thru I waited 15 mins and called to verify if DoorDash uses the ?walk up? window when the dining... area is closed. I was hung up on. Still waiting in the drive thru line and called 6 more times and SHE answer hello a coupletimes when I said doordash. Never did get the customers order Read more
Wife placed an order at this location, food came in a decent time due to lunch rush, food was still hot, everything came out... perfect, fries we're salted perfectly even good when they went cold. This McDonald's has made me trust them again. We bypass 7-8McDonald's to eat at this one. Read more
