This McDonald?s belongs in the hood. There?s no way it?s in such a nice neighborhood with employees that don?t care about the... customers. I just sat in the drive through and watched 4 cars pull off because the line isn?t moving. I ordered curbside. I waited 15 minutes no food 2 other cars got served that came after me. I went inside waited another 15... minutes before anyone acknowledged me. There have been multiple occasions where I have shown up to this McDonald's inside the open hours and either between 5-515am or... between 11-1115pm and there is no answer or they say they are closed. If you want to close early or at different times then byall means but if you are going to then the hours need to be updated on Google. Which when I looked Sept 6th2022. The hours wereupdated and confirmed to be correct by mcdonalds. Either open and close on time or fix your hours. Read more
It pains me to say that McDonalds just isn?t the same restaurant that I have enjoyed for most of my life. The food has become... mediocre at best, the atmosphere less than enticing or inviting, and the service has become abysmal. I wish that I could saythat these experiences are limited to only one, or a few locations, but this has become the experience that I expect at everyMcDonalds restaurant that I visit in every city and every state. This trip was very smooth. Ordered on app using my rewards points. Alerted when I was there and food was out in less than 5... minutes. Nothing special about the food but it was on par with what you expect from McDonald's. Read more
The past four to five times I have tried to go to this mcdonalds they have been "closed" at 9:30 even though their sign says... they don't close til ten. When I try to call the store no one picks up even though I can see people inside. I've tried the doorI've tried the drive thru and no one comes to offer any explanation. So... McDonald's and quality are not used in the same sentence for a reason. This location is by far one of the worst. I will... drive out of my way to go to a different one. They tried to serve undercooked chicken, And I ordered at 6 piece kidsmeal....They instead gave me a four piece but charged me for the six, forgot the drink and the apple slices, I?m done with thislocation. Honestly screw this place. 9 times out of 10 they have gotten my order wrong. They don't know how they're own systems work and... will argue with you about everything. I was even accused of stealing food when they got my order wrong. Read more
