I went through the drive thru and two ladies were working and could not get it together. They kept my debit card for 10 minutes.... They took a picture of it and that night I had fraud on my account and my bank blocked the transaction. There was a lot of shadythings going on including knocking my food on the floor out of the drive-thru window and they picked it up and handed it to meanyway. If I had the employees name I would have reported it to the police but I did not. They also did not give me a receiptbecause they never charged me for my food. This is the worst McDonald's my mom has ever took us too. We just moved in the area,she took us Tuesday after the school. The... food nasty,then we went Thursday and the food was horrible. We ordered at 528 didn't get our food til almost 630. The fries werecold,hard and had been cooked in old grease. The bread was hard. But today we ordered thru door dash because my mom was at work.Entire order was cold once again fries had been cooked in old grease sodas were flat taste like water. Done for good this time. Parked to the side to wait on food for 15 minutes then it comes out cold. Get home to warm it up and... there is a cheese plastic wrapper on my burger. Completley done with this location! Read more
I keep telling myself never again but then there i am back at this awful McDonald's. They really need to get some more people... working here. Short staffed and slow. Then after waiting forever for your food it's wrong and back in the line you have to go.So frustrating. I ordered a CHEESEburger with only mayonnaise got it and it had no cheese. No biggie but have to wait in lineforever so my burger and fries are cold. Her solution is to take the burger from me and slap a piece of cheese on it and give itback. Reviews about wait time in drive thru are 100% accurate. Pulled up at 4:30 pm, about 4 cars ahead of me. Timed how long car... ahead of me took to order, 8 minutes they sat there waiting. I don't know if they even did as I left at 4:50pm and went toBaseline McDonald's. In and out there in 5 minutes. Something seriously needs to be done about this location. They always seento be short staffed or have issues with food not being cooked right. Absolutely ridiculous! I'd suggest getting your McDonald'sfix elsewhere. Read more
