Not sure about the food because I was unable to eat here today. I called and ordered ahead yesterday for today because I live 3... hours away and after the woman took my order and us driving all this way, THEY'RE CLOSED ON MONDAYS!!????????????????????? I'msuper upset because I've been dying to try 3 of the dishes. They totally could've told me they were closed on Mondays instead oftaking my order as if they would be open. Looks like my review was removed . I can post on social media. I ordered oxtail soup i?m 100% it was ghoat . I don?t eat that... time of meet it was full of vegetables and dry . I was charged $19 for ghoat . It?s wrong to serve a person that and that was myfirst time eating African food . If i could give a 0 I would . Kontiki is an amazing restaurant! My husband and I got married on the 1st of January and we really wanted to cater to both of... our cultures. It helped that Kontiki has some amazing dishes that all of our friends loved. We had catered Oxtails, Beed Stew,and Jollof Rice!! When I say the food was fresh and piping hot!! Lady was kinda rude, after standing my grounds. She finally started to conduct herself correctly and professional (very minimum)... I was over charged on my hot sauce, by $1.00.
