The waitress was nice alright. But, she didn't come back to check on us to see if everything was okay or not. After, when it was... time to go. I was still waiting for the same waitress to come back and pick up my money to pay for the food so I could go leave.I had done gotten up out of my seat while my mother in law was waiting for me outside. The waitress's manager was being so rudeand got a bad attitude towards me when I told her that I gotta go see my child in the hospital. The manager had gottensmartalick towards me with a stuckup attitude and ask me who was my server? I told her there she is. That's when I had saw mywaitress had shown up and told her boss she'll handle it. I hate to say this, I'm not coming back over there. Why? My pancakewas cold up there in Little Rock IHOP. Read more
First time here. Food was a bit bland. I had to ask for some salsa and sour cream even though I got a burrito. The server was... nice except he didn't ask if we needed a refill or how the food was. But overall it was ok. There doing their best so I'll givethem that. Read more
Today is probably the last day we will ever go to the IHOP on University in Little Rock. We?ve been going there for years... because we have an awesome regular waitress named Suzanne. Today there was nowhere to park, so parked in the curbside deliveryspot. A very tall female employee came out and rudely told us to move. When we said there is nowhere else to park so we wouldn?tbe able to come eat this morning, she said very loudly and in a very rude tone said, ?I don?t care. You can leave.? So we did.And are having a fantastic breakfast down the street at Boulevard Bistro and Bar. That IHOP employee working Sunday 10/30/22 at9:45 needs more customer service training. Highly disappointed in this IHOP!!!! I can say this is the first time I have actually had a complaint. Today I decided to order... online for my order to be delivered curbside well online I selected I was here and waited for about 5 mins and noone cameoutside to see if I needed any assistance. I called curbside pickup telephone number posted outside and a lady with a nastyattitude picked up the phone and not even stating that they would bring my food out or not so I waited a few more minutes beforewalking in. I do understand that today is Sunday and IHOP is busy, but you have multiple pickup orders stacked up, so you shouldhave a designated people handling online orders with curbside. We came into the restaurant at 9pm on a Sunday to dine in. We were told if we ate in we would be put out at 10pm because he, the... manager, try to keep his employees on a schedule to get off at exactly 10pm. We were given our food to go and 9:25pm. We sat inthe parking lot and ate our food because we were traveling. We finished eating and the kids went inside to restroom at 940pm.Why could we have not eaten at the table? This is totally unsatisfactory I am very unhappy. I asked for blueberry French withoutpowdered sugar. But I received powdered sugar. I am very unhappy. Kids eating syrupy food in my auto. I had to take my son for his yearly check up early in the morning. After he wanted pancakes, so I took him to IHOP. The waitress... was great and the pancakes was very good. It was a great experience. Read more
I called in to place a to-go order the gentleman that took my order was nice and pleasant. However when I called to pick it up... the young African American lady that answered the phone was so rude and unprofessional and unpleasant and ghetto she hung up thephone in my face twice and told me I had to come in and get my order. It wouldn?t have been a problem if her tone and attitudewas better. I?m paying my hard earn dollars and she didn?t know if She would?ve been getting a nice tip but to each is own. Thatis what?s wrong with the young generation now. Then when I asked for the manager she acted as if she had hearing problemsEvery-time I was speaking with her. Good food, good atmosphere as well. I love going to places where the staff are laughing and talking with each other. Makes it... feel cozier because it gives off a at home vibe. Food was pretty good and the staff were good. Definitely recommend if you'repassing through or at the hospital. Read more
