I hate to leave a two star rating, but we were definitely not impressed with this "Irish Pub." It's more of just a neighborhood... bar. There was only one person waiting tables and tending a full bar. Not only was he way overworked, but he didn't appear toknow anything about Irish food. I asked a specific question about an Irish dish, and his response was that he had never triedit. We had a party of three and we ordered an appetizer of chips and queso. Went on Friday night and saw The Arkadelics, a great little bluesy band. Ordered the fried fish - breaded just enough to crisp,... served fresh from the fryer! Friendly, informal atmosphere. A great dinner and evening's entertainment for two - under $40, taxand tip included! Read more

My wife and I came here for her birthday, and accidentally found a new regular watering hole. I had corn beef and cabbage, her... shepherds pie. I have not cleaned a plate by wiping it down with pieces of bread (soda bread, pretty incredible) since mygrandma passed nearly two decades ago. Her shepherds pie was amazing as well.
