When we were walking into the truck stop to shower, the employees from Hardee?s was outside rolling weed. After our shower we... came to get dinner. It took forever to get service because they were still outside and only one person was inside taking ordersand getting them ready. Worst Hardees ever. Consistently gives me the wrong order. My last visit my medium drink was only half full, my HOT ham and... cheese was cold to the point the cheese was barely even melted. Ordered and paid for extra cheese and no extra cheese was on thesandwich. The bun type is different every time I order the same sand which. You?re lucky if they even take a drive throughorder. Yuck?.. my second time and this time was a mess AGAIN. Nasty, cold and I was the only guest at the time. So I can?t even make... that make sense how you mess up one order. The employees are always NOT doing something. The girl who took my order was there inher pajamas. Ugh ???? with her work shirt on. I?m straight. I?ll eat somewhere else. If I could give 5his a minus 5 I would. I had to wait for about 15 minutes after being asked to pull up. Three people came out... to my car to see what I had ordered. One had on short shorts that were unbuttoned and flapped open. Then when I finally got thefood it was not what I ordered. They asked me 3 times what I had ordered. I ordered the chicken sandwich and got a chicken nugget on a hamburger bun. I showed the Mgr and she said "I can cook u another... one but it will be just as small as the one I have". So fair warning a $5.70ish sandwich is nothing more than a nugget. Read more
The food doesn't look as good as the pictures, but it's fast food. The tator rounds is my favorite part of their breakfast, it's... what keeps me coming back. Service is quick which is good when your trying to get something hot and fast before work. The coffeeis better than what I get in the break room at work, so thumbs up. If I'm starving and in a crunch this will hit the spot everytime. Read more
1st the Shift Manager stood yelling at staff at the counter about, "Why you making a milkshake when you have orders to bag?" She... was standing in front of it she could've started bagging while the shake for the order was made. 2nd I paid 0.60 for lettuce on2 chicken sandwiches there was none on any. 3rd It took the cashier Who was awesome by the way name is Crishona on receipt toget my order since while she was busy running orders outside the Manager on duty stood there doing Nothing then oozed at me andthis cashier "OH is that Krystal" cashier said "yes" like I was taking someone ses food.. I keep telling myself that I will quit eating here because of the lack of service, higher prices and substandard quality. I was... on a business trip and stopped by again, hoping for improvement. Prayerfully my company will reimburse me. Walked in and thegirl was moving slower than a snail. There was no one in drive thru. She finally took my order. They can't mess up my orangejuice. Ordered 2 pork chop and gravy biscuits and a steak biscuit. Seems like they have cut back on gravy. Flavor is stillthere, but the biscuits were over cooked and cracked like a part in your haircut.
