I like Freddy?s food and I have enjoyed my experience at other locations but this store in particular does not have it together.... The first time I went in for a shake and they were out of ice cream. The second time I went in for lunch and had to wait 37minutes for my order, that?s not fast food! Food isn't bad if you're a salt lover. Now if you're a shake lover, THEY HAVE SOME GOOD PUMPKIN PIE CONCRETE SHAKES. DEFINITELY... would recommend the shakes. The food I was given was not the worse butwas definitely salty to the point my 1 year old son did not want to eat it nor my wife. I ate it while I sipped my sweet tea towash it down because I was hungry. It was my second visit here. The first time the food was the same way but the shake was good.So I am reviewing based off of two occasions this had happened. I almost did not go back the second time due to being rushedthrough my order and given an attitude. It felt like they "just work there" "8 and hit the gate" kind of motto. But everyone hasa bad day and I understand that. 3 stars I gave was mainly for the shake. I enjoyed it. Customer service did not whether it wasthe food or the experience alone from the person taking the order. This has led me to not wanting to come back nor my wife sinceshe lost her appetite after eating this. As I sit down to eat an employee sits across me in another booth. She cannot stop patting, braiding, unbraiding, pulling stands... of hair out and itching her hair. Highly disgusting as I am trying to eat. I threw away my meal. She then goes back behindservice counter and starts prepping food without washing her hands. The young gentleman at front taking orders and cleaning wasawesome. He greater everyone and was working his butt off. This lazy daisy, itching female does not need to be around food. I ordered a single patti steak burger with onions, pickle, and mustard. The burger shown below is what I received. Suggestions:... staff could have been more pleasant when I returned to the window to get the condiments I ordered (these items are standard).The patti is paper thin and a bit dried out, so "beef" the patti up a bit. The onions and pickle fall off the burger when tryingto eat it. If you steam the onions and use oval pickles you don't have that issue. Add the single patti burger to your menu orcombine two patties into one and stop calling it a double patti burger. Stop cooking the life out of the meat. A burger place inOhio, called Skyway, gives you a decent size patti, grilled onions, dill oval pickles with mustard and their burger islegendary. Plus, it doesn't fall apart when eating it. Sometimes you need to break things to make them better. Tell the staff tobe pleasant to everyone. You never know when someone will write a review. Attitude is the one thing that can change. All I can say is check your order before you leave. Or go to a different Freddy's would probably be better. You can't get your... order out of your mouth before you're given a total. Ordered chili dog, the lady asks if I wanted onions. I said yes, it shows on the screen. I asked to add jalapenos and make it a... combo with mountain dew. She tells me to drive forward. Everyone seems nice, I receive food after waiting about 2 mins. Go toenjoy food and of course NO ONIONS. You asked me...! If I wanted onions! Yet still no onions... ????
