I just visited this Firehouse and was so impressed with the speed and hospitality that I couldn't even drive home before leaving... a review. The whole staff was so friendly. It was so fast and friendly that you'd think it was run by a certain Chicken place;) The cashier even went beyond by going to the back to look for Doritos for me. I will be back to this location!! Food is good when you finally recieve your order. Service takes entirely way too long. Employees too busy flirting with only... other customer in the place and exchanging phone numbers. 3 people working and no one is in a hurry. Read more
I love this particular firehouse because the staff. (especially the manager)! This is an updated review as OF JULY 12TH 2022,... again I have been thoroughly impressed with the employee's and the quality of the food. They had a slight hiccup due to astaffing shortage but the shift manager was on top of it, after explaining the issue Stephen took care of me and made me feellike I was someone he cared about helping. I Ordered The Veggie on Wheat Bread. It was The Best Damn Sandwich I?ve Ever HAD! I got it Delivered and Called FireHouse to... Tell Them to extra toast it and to include their Delicious Sauce and they did NOT disappoint. It has been about 5 years since I've visited a Firehouse Subs. I've always loved their sandwiches and was very excited to see... that they have a small sub option available. The sandwich was great, as always, but I rated lower due to the pickle experience.The sad little pickle should not have been served, it was nothing more than a shriveled up piece of pickle flesh. Ordered online and still had to wait an additional 18 min to get food. When there 3 people was making sandwiches, but only one... wear a mask. One lady had the mask on her chin only and the other one had it around her neck. Both was constantly talking backand forth while adding the condiments on the sandwiches. This place need to do a better job with their safety measures withtheir staff! Read more
I ordered an online order right when they opened at 10:30. I went inside and saw they were doing a large catering order. There... were two guys and one girl who I?m assuming was the manager. She turned people away unless you had an online order. Thenproceeded to lock the front door and put a piece of paper on the door saying only online orders. The two guys working were verysweet, just put their heads down and trying to obey whatever she wanted. I?m in the service industry so could tell they had totake orders from her. I love firehouse subs, always have, but I would double check with how the mangers run the place and canlock out customers during business hours. Read more
