I understand short staffing. But the last few times I?ve been here, pay for my food, I?m rudely told to pull ahead and park. And... I?m not the only one. Even if there?s not a single car behind me, little to no traffic in the street, pull ahead and we?ll bringit out. Poor customer service. Called around looking for a dunkin that was selling the jack o lantern donuts and this was the only one in my town that had... them. Lets just say im very disappointed. Do the employees really take pride in their work cause it cleary shows they do not!From now on ill just drive the 20 minutes to bryant cause the employees there actually care about customer satisfaction!! Excellent food, donuts, and coffee as usual but they need a management upgrade. Long lines are typical and expect to watch the... least efficient queuing process while you wait. Everyone is super kind but someone needs to hire the Chick-fil-A consultant fora more efficient ordering process. Read more
Some people just do not belong in the customer service business! Like the young lady working the drive thru window this morning... at 8:50. Handed me my coffee, took my money and closed the window. Didn?t say a single word. When at sat there for a second tomake sure my payment on the app went through, she reopened the window and gave me a dirty look. Wow, perhaps another industryother than one you have to interact with other humans would more more suitable, like maybe farming or a mechanic. Maybe lookinto joining the Navy. I use to love coming to this Dunkin but the service has declined dramatically. The lady taking orders ALWAYS has an attitude as... if she hates her job. Okay so my wife and i have been going to this dunking for about 4 years . We always get a medium iced coffee with 4 shots of... French vanilla and 5 cream. For the past few months now the quality of the coffee is complete garbage. Just ordered two of thiscoffee's and they taste like water with sugar. Is lice they adding water with their ice . Very disappointed. Also the staff haschanged and i can't remember the last time my wife was able to get her drinks fixed without getting an attitude from the staff .No matter how nice and professional you bring it up to them, they always respond very unprofessional/ rude or with attitude. Weare paying for a drink how we want it not how you decide to make it. If it's not how we like it don't be rude about it!!! Wewill be going to the dunking in Bryant from now on they are way more professional and barely mess up your order. And if they do, they fix it with out the clash back. Read more
