Not only is the food excellent, the service is 5 star, top-notch!!! We were accidentally handed the wrong order (first time that... had ever happened to us at this location) and didn't notice. As we were driving home I received a phone call from the manager onduty letting us know the mixup. We were only a little down the road so we turned around and he brought our order out to the carthen told us to keep the other order as well. I'm completely impressed with the customer service. And it's not about gettingfree food. Honestly this is the first time I ever had a restaurant call me to correct something before I even notice. I'm soimpressed!! Don?t take out. You need to eat in to experience the positive vide and great service of David?s Burgers. In a sea of fast food... joints you need to find a way to stand out?.and David?s burgers has done it. From the moment you arrive be prepared for cheers,birthday songs, bottomless fries and free soft serve ice cream. I'm only upset that I can't give this place more stars. The food is incredible, the staff is really friendly, hot fries are... offered every few minutes, and they give you the option to try a sample of the ice cream (smart marketing). I wish there was aplace like this in Iowa. Read more
