With every Church's it's either hit or miss as far as the chicken goes. Today it was a decent hit. That's all I got so I'm... basing this review on that. They had to bring my chicken out to my car cuz they were making a fresh batch so overall the servicewas excellent. My only real complaint is the tiny size of their parking lot and drive thru area. Well a lot of times when you go to churches they say the biscuits are fresh they're so hard you can throw them and hit the wall... they always try to give you big piece of chicken a lot of people don't eat big piece of chicken they never have hot sauce theynever have macaroni and cheese and some of the people that's on that mic are not people person they don't need to be on that micthey are rude disrespectful they don't even give you courtesy drinks they throw your food together instead of them put enoughokra in the bag they put a little bit Read more

Decided to stop to get lunch at this particular location. The hours of operation listed on the door were 10am-10pm. Another... customer and I were in line for about 10mins before we were acknowledged. Very poor service and is not a good look. I mean, what can you do? There aren't many restaurants on this side of town. The city isn't investing in this community...that... being said, if you don't have somewhere you need to be This is your joint. They took forever to get the orders completed aheadof me. Their saving grace is the chicken was immaculate. Crispy, fresh-n-hot, and juicy. I asked for hot sauce, but they wereout. The cashier offered me some powder packet. Warning- If you're eating in your vehicle because you're running late fromwaiting in line, don't accidentally inhale this stuff. Had me coughing and eyes watering It did taste good though. Confused the Grande meal deal clearly states that it comes with one premium side however I got charged extra for it. They were... out of green beans. Mac and cheese, corn . The employee was refusing to even add the premium item. Read more
Terrible, I now understand why so many Churches Chicken closed. You can't hardly turn in the drivethrough, Mac and cheese was... halfway full and salty. Chicken is greasy and salty. I called customer service and like most business in the USA the calls arerouted out of the country and no offer to replace the items are offered. They lost my business. Read more
Food was excellent service was not friendly at all. Think maybe cuz of the area tho.
