Should have been zero stars. Went through to get order taken and no one answered the speaker. Finally got to window after a 15... minute wait only to be told I have to drive back around cause they dont take orders at the window. I asked for the number tocorporate and they denied. I pulled back around to request a #4 made fresh with okra and 2 thighs chicken only. I was thencorrected on my order like I didnt make it easy. I explained I know what I am ordering and I can read just fine. I was told Idont have to come back through with an attitude and she will refuse to take my order and call the police. All because you andyour manager made me drive back around, wait in line again, and try to be smart and think its funny to mess with a customerwhile they are just trying to get food. I will definitely be escalating this situation cause it is ridiculous. Oh and I stilldidnt get the number to corporate but I will fix that tomorrow morning. Read more
The chicken tasted old and it was hard. I ordered 2 half gallons of sweet tea and got 1 unsweetened tea and 2 cups of I have no... idea what kind of tea. Nasty food! Will not be back. Read more
I just wasted 10 bucks. If your going to serve cold food at least discount it. I gave 2 stars because the apple pie was good.
Staff was cool. BUT...I didn't get everything I paid for after waiting for chicken to cook. And I received the smallest chicken... breast I've ever seen. And my sister paid TWICE for her meal. After driving for 14 hours we were too tired to go back to therestaurant to rectify the situation and will be back on the road well before they open. Not happy at all! Read more
The worst location I've been to in my life. The staff was amazing from the manager to the cashier and even the cooks. All... friendly and nice. The first day my family and I arrived with a $100 order. They had no spicy chicken til the next day, no ice,only 1 available smokehouse without the wait, no sweet tea, none of the drinks were calibrated correctly it was either water orsyrup taste, and we weren't allowed an upcharge to change from mashed potatoes to macaroni. The food we had was fresh and good.We still spent about $80. For some reason my family wanted to try again the next day. This time they had even less options likea wait on biscuits, no peach cobbler and the smokehouse we're old and dried out. Definitely would not recommend but hopeCorporate can fix the stocking problem. Read more

Hot delicious chicken and okra... was not dried up like other places. The sweet tea was also awesome!
