Food was hot & fresh! However lack of staff had a group of 10 waiting!. Drive thru clearly was priority which saddens me due to... being 3 workers they should have been more mindful to take Drive thru then front counter ..all order being made was Drive thruuntil I said something. I was 18yrs old when I took on the shift manager position for this franchise my first year or two was great working at the... Martin Luther king location sadly I had missing wages from this location finally was paid my settlement. I decided too go backafter I completed school, was moved too the north Little Rock location didn?t stay their long if you have visited that locationI?m pretty sure you understand!! Moved to the John barrow location one of the WORST experience I have ever had!!!First daystayed 12hr shift due too their night shift manger by the name of ?hope? not showing up until 11:30pm just too lock thedoor..Months passed new management came and still the same results..I stayed thinking their would be some type of improvementplus it?s something I love doing I?m in school now for Culurinary. Sadly I came across a $400 deposit for my two week worth ofwork the owner fixed that one check stating I was owed 30hrs and sent my payment a week later! I than check the rest of mydirect deposit and realize all of my dd has been $400 or less I address the situation again and still no response.I yet stillshowed up for work missed one day 08/29 due to my child falling at the playground bring them a excuses and I?m fired for myfirst ?no call no show? Yet the problem is not resolved about my wages missing, the owner is very unprofessional, and the placeitself is horrible! Read more
