I've been there twice...The walk up window is chaotic and the staff is a little rude. Not as bad as other fast food, but not... consistent with other chik fil a locations. Several weeks after my first two visits, I went back and had another disappointingvisit. Ordered a #1 meal (their most basic meal) and had to pull around and wait as they didnt have chicken ready. Got my ordera few minutes later, got home and found that I had gotten a totally flat drink. Just poured it out. This location's service isjust slightly better than a mcdonalds. Read more
I LOVE Chick fil A and this is the best location I've ever patronized. It is right downtown, but they have engineered the lot so... that the line never stall and it doesn't impede traffic in the congested area of Broadway. Chick fil A does it right. As always. Read more

I stopped at this location on my way to work before 2pm on a Friday. I remembered it was still very new so I was a little... nervous about how the wait time would be as someone who has opened new restaurants. I was very impressed! Rude people, girl with black hair and medium complexion completely ignored me as I was trying to get her attention. She kept... walking and I walked behind her trying to get her attention she didn?t lift an eye to look, and no, no one was around so itcouldn?t have been crowd, and it was pretty quite, calm day and my voice was very loud and clear. My husband was very upset andencouraged me to write this review, we have always been fans of chik fil a, but rudeness should not be tolerated. I hope shegets fired asap.
