This is my go-to chicken sandwich place. The employees are always courteous and the food is up to and above expectations 98/100... times. Only a few times did I notice either the fries or the sandwich to be too salty. I'm sure they'd give me a replacement ifI went back but I didn't have the time. The food was just like any other chick fil a, It was pretty good. The workers were nice and the food came quick, but our order... was messed up but was an easy fix at the table (I picked off the tomatoes didn't ask for and my sister picked off the picklesshe didn't ask for). My niece was missing her toy from her kids meal. The table next to us was missing a fruit bowl. It was busythis day but Chick fil a is held at higher standards so we expected more accuracy despite the crowd. The resturant was clean. Read more
Went there about 8:15pm on 11/172022..the lady that took my order in line was extremely helpful and nice Also the gentleman... outside of drive thru super nice and accommodating to the woman that was behind the glass doors of drive thru...she was veryrude..I had ordered water with lemon with my meal..she gave me a small cup..asked for the medium size that came with mymeal..she then "politely " threw it aside and said "we are out of lemons so I just squirted lemonade in there"? This Chick fil a used to be the best CFA in central Arkansas, with some of the friendliest staff and best customer service... around. They never messed up orders, and they were FAST! They had literally won awards for their speed and accuracy. I havebeen going to this location for somewhere in the neighborhood of 12 years or so.. I used to get breakfast here almost everyday, and often lunch as well, the order takers knew my name and usually knew my order even. When Bob Paine retired (august2022) the new owner took over and has quickly run this location into the ground. I am deeply saddened by this change, as I hadseveral friends and family members who worked here over the years, and like I said I used to go nearly every day. These daysthey have closed the inside, they are not accepting mobile orders, they?re not doing curbside, and they don?t have peopleoutside with the iPads anymore, it?s all through the menu, 1 line not 2, and it takes ages and the food is soggy and the peopleare not nearly as friendly. As far as I know there isn?t a single person still there that was there before. Chick fil acorporate NEEDS to step in and take care of this or they will quickly lose a large customer base. My understanding is theson of the previous owner had attempted to purchase the location to take it over and CFA told him no. That will go down inhistory as one of the worst decisions they ever made.. Extremely disappointed in my order experience at this location. I placed a mobile order at 10:10 am that included breakfast... items. I arrived at 10:22, checked in, and waited in the drive thru line that was out into the street. It was raining, and evenif I opted to carry out my order, I was unable to navigate the parking lot due to there being so many cars. I finally got up tothe order person under the awning at 10:36 and he (kindly) explained to me that they were not going to be able to fulfill myorder since I ?got there late?. What is the point of a mobile order? I did not end up getting any of the breakfast items, andwaited until 10:54 in the drive thru. My frustration is with fact that I placed the order before breakfast ended, arrived andchecked in before breakfast ended, and by the fault of their long wait lines I was unable to receive my order and nothing wasattempted to resolve the issue. This incidence puts a bad taste in my mouth about the entire Chick Fil A franchise. Read more
It was a low point in my eating experience with Chick-fil-a. I ordered for curbside service delivery. When I arrived I waited... 20 minutes. Upon going into the restaurant to check on my order, there was another wait while they pulled up the order andcalling back to the preparer to prepare the order. After another 10 minutes wait I finally received my order. The line outsidehad cycled at least 2 times while I waited. I have had delays at this location a couple of times before this last episode. One of the best Chick-fil-A locations! Friendly staff and fast service. At this time they are drive thru and carryout only. I... ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with fries and a diet Dr pepper. My son ordered the regular chicken sandwich (no pickles), aside of Mac and cheese, and a Sprite. I ordered inside carryout and I honestly couldn't have been more IMPRESSED! Our foodcame to us before the cashier was able to finish our 2 drinks!!!! Now, that is fast! When we made it home, the food was stillhot and delicious. I don't like going to this location but I had no choice. The line was wrapped around the building at least a 20 min wait. Then... after I get my food they gave me a drink carrier I trusted that. As I'm driving home I noticed it was leaking they didn't putthe top on either one of my drinks and half of them spilled in my car. Then I asked for half lemonade and half unsweetened teathey gave me unsweetened tea. Then my fries was cold the wait time is so long I didn't go back and the inside and curbside wasclosed.
