Some of the kindest, hardest working souls work here. I got stranded here and had to wait quite a few hours for my ride to... arrive. I ordered nuggets, fries, and a couple sodas. While sitting here I listened to staff talk about training techniques andteaching and learning opportunities. They are so professional and kind. The bathroom was locked and they took no time to fix theissue while also giving amazing customer service. I don't know their name but whoever was working July 19 2022 at 5:29 pm needsa promotion or raise, or at least give them a better paying opportunity. Well even. Though I did get a quick response to my problem, it was still not sufficient enough to cover all that meal wasn't the... Driver and 3rd party was fine. But I ordered 15.00 meal and it wasnt!!! All my food was cold, they only sent 1 drink!! Onionrings weren't done all the way!! And their response, a total of 5.00 bucks in discounts Why does this seem fair??? Please tellme. I sent 20.50, I suggested a replacement meal hot and fresh this time and a refund!! This is for the burger king on Rodney Parham. Their service is TERRIBLE. Waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes for... someone to take MY order as they continued to take OTHER people's orders that got there after I did. They can't hear. My foodwas cold when I received it. Will no longer go to this one. Read more
