Very slow; below average customer service; very unprofessional how one of the workers who appeared to work in the gas station... was in the burger king cursing up a storm talking about something that had nothing to do with the fact that there were severalcars backed up waiting for their order. One worker was sitting in a booth on the phone during an obviously busy time. Then hadan attitude taking the food to different cars. Seriously? Ordered a 2 whopper meal w/coupon. Waited in line after my order over 10 minutes only to receive wrong order. Lady in the drive... through said "YOU Ordered A King Whopper", I told her I Did Not Say A King. I explained I used a coupon for a 2 Whopper meal & Igave the person the # on the coupon. She was very rude & this is NOT the 1st time it took forever to receive my order.Management really needs to get a grip on things. Read more
Got off work at 9:45pm (Friday night) and decided to grab a burger. There was a line of cars and no one answering at the drive... through window. Checked online for hours of operation and it said 11pm. Guess they decided to close the drive through early. Read more
Employee had his hands down his pants and without washing he made our burgers! Then was allowed to have a break to sit with us... while eating and laugh. The manager apologized and remade our burgers. Just horrible the way these young black men try to treatus white people. Read more
This place is disgusting. There was a bug in my fish sandwich and their solution to making this situation right was to offer me... another sandwich from a filthy kitchen?no thanks. I suggest a refresher course in customer service because the store managerStephanie and the District Manager Dora were very unprofessional with how they handled the situation. This is my favorite Burger King. The manager runs a tight ship but not in a manner that makes her people unhappy. I get great... service and food there no matter if she is there or not. I try to tell them and show them I appreciate the hard work and goodservice from time to time. Keep up the good work guys. Read more
The service I received at this location reminded me why I don?t eat fast food. I ordered 2 impossible burgers with cheese cut in... half. What I received was 1 regular whopper with cheese not cut in half and 1 impossible whopper with cheese not cut in half.Grant it both burgers were cold lettuce was soggy and the cheese and meat was hard. Trying to rectify my (BK Experience) onlymade things worst. Let?s say I will NEVER return again. Especially being that my first impossible whopper was excellent fromhome state in Michigan!! Read more
We tired to order and they told us that "thier computers are down and they'll be back up in 10 minutes". We said okay that's... fine and went and parked for about 15 minutes, and when we came back they let us start ordering just to go "our computers aredown it'll be 10 minutes". okay, fine, whatever. We then pulled back around to try to park again and we looked in and saw thecomputers were up but the workers were outside smoking. I totally would've understood if they said they needed a break but theycould've just said that instead of lying and wasting peoples time. Read more
