This location is the worst on getting your order right. I've been coming to this one for years but since Covid it has gone... downhill. Your food is never ready for pickup so they have you pull in front of the store to wait where your at the mercy of 1person bringing your order out which is never correct! They don't care either & act like its a tragedy if yoy say somethingabout it. So they take their sweet time bringing your correct order back out. Where's the pride people? I am leaving a 5-star review for drive-thru service. I have not gone in to dine at this location yet. Every time I go through... the drive through, the staff is fast, personable, and seems like they are good at their job. I always enjoy going here becausethe food tastes great. A lot of Burger Kings get a bad review, but this location seems to care about the taste of theirfood. The staff always reminds me that I have a dipping sauce option when I order nuggets. I appreciate that. The value menuhas suffered at so many places, but I think this was the best single item I've gotten from any fast food restaruant all year. Iorder fast food from Rodney Parham pretty often since it's close to the highway, and I just think this might be the best placeto go if you're just looking for a single burger. I know it's uncommon to want to find a place that exclusive to the burger,but I think this locaton is worth considering. Read more
I haven't been to this Burger King in a few years decided to go by and try the impossible whopper. It was alright I guess!... Probably will be a few more years before I try it again but fries was hot and fresh! Customer service was awesome, and I was inand out in no time, and this is during rush hour traffic! Read more
My time was short at the drive-thru. I was able to understand the person over the speaker, and they could understand me! It... was good to place an order and have it repeated back to you correctly. The lady was amiable that took my payment. I went tothe next window and got my temperature hot food. The order was correct. Read more
Pretty good burger king, but still, it's burger king and no fast food joint is worth five stars. I've been coming here for a... long time. They recently remodeled the place, they went with that new retro look trend that all of the fast food joints aredoing in uppity parts of town (this particular area of Rodney Parham is not so uppity but the rich folks further down Hinsoncome through). I've never really had any bad interactions with staff but there's always your typical employee who hates therejob and directs their bad attitude towards everyone, all good though, that goes for any place of employment.
