This location has a very courteous and upbeat staff. The host greeted us friendly and with care honored our seating preference.... Things got even better with our server Chris. He gave us plenty of time to review the menu and select drinks and entrees.Although seated outside, our table service was very timely. Chris was extremely attentive and assured that we had a pleasantdining experience. The entrees were beautifully plated. My hickory burger was 3/5??; the hickory flavor was too faint. However, the truffle fries were excellent. My wife rated her lentil burger with sweet potato fries 5/5??. The drinks?sweet tea and lemonlimeade?were on point. The outdoor dining space was very clean and well kept. Our table was sparkling clean!!! Definitely willvisit here again; menu offering is quite extensive. Highly recommend dining here. Read more

I really enjoyed the vegan shakes they offer. They?re sweet, creamy and mouthwateringly delectable! This restaurant is located... in a shopping district and near a movie theater, which is very convenient and an excellent area to stop for a recreationalwalkabout. Their shakes make for an affordably delicious treat. Read more

Best burger since I moved to little rock. Burger cooked to perfection and the fig jam is legit. Only minus is it took a long... while (till after the food got there) to get the shakes. Aint a cheap burger joint expect to spend about 50 for 2 people. I'llbe back Read more

We stopped in on a busy Friday night for dinner. We were able to be seated right away in the bar area. Not our first choice but... happy to avoid a wait. The spicy pimento cheese dip was good. The burgers were very good! The mushroom melt with a 1/2 & 1/2patty was AMAZING! Quite possibly my favorite burger ever. My husband had the bacon cheeseburger with a beef patty and it wasokay. The state fair fries were also very good. Read more

Visited Big Orange in the Promenade location. Since we had did some shopping in the surrounding shops and it was lunchtime, we... decided to try this restaurant. Nicely decorated environment and as soon as you enter you are treated with wonderful smells. Wewere told it was about a 30 minute wait, but since we were able to wait inside out of the heat, it was fine. We received a textregarding our wait and about 15 minutes later we were told our seat was ready. The menu had a large variety of burgers withmultiple toppings. Everything from your classic toppings of lettuce and tomato to special toppings like a avocado or spicypimento cheese. They also have salads, chicken sandwiches, veggie burgers, and a wide variety of milkshakes. We ordered theclassic burger. It comes with white cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, and mayo. Toppings come on the side. Theburger don't come with fries, you have to order separately. That was a little disappointing since the burger itself was $8. Soreally if you are getting a classic burger(all other burgers are pricier), fries, and drink, you will spend $14. For me and mytwo kids it was $44. We all had the classic burger, they had soft drinks, I had water, and I order two basket of fries that weshared. If my husband would've been with us it would've been at least $60. Sorry that is a lot for just burger and fries for afamily.... Now, as far as the food goes, it was good. Burger was big and juicy, the fries was crispy and seasoned. It camewith a Bob sauce that was really good. It will not be a "go to" spot for my family for burgers and fries due to the price, butI can say it was tasty. Read more

First time eating at Big Orange. I really enjoyed their burger, they are flavorful and juicy and definitely not dried out. The... truffle fries are so delicious! I like that they use a lot of local products from Arkansas here. Their shakes are delicious aswell and they offer a lot of unique flavors you usually don?t find at other restaurants. The staff is very friendly and theservice was very good. Read more
