We drive past the BR location closer to our home to go to this one. Not only are the staff always courteous, respectful, and... professional, the establishment itself is always clean, well-stocked, and easy to get in and out of. Disappointing experience tonight at the Rodney Parham location. They no longer offer samples (I get it b/c of Covid) but then I... watched in disbelief as the owner and husband were making ice cream cones and sundaes with their bare hands touching the cones(not the wrapper) and then take payment (handling cash and cards).without sanitizing or washing their hands between orders. Very nice experience. When you first walk in you notice the delicious smell of freshly baked waffle cones! Very clean and... everyone wear masks. I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter and I was directed to the side of the counter where I was walkedthrough the different styles of cakes and flavor icecream. I can't wait to go back!
