Every place around Geryer Springs said their dining room was closed at like 8:30 in the evening. Called Arby's #0963 their... dining room was open. The service my wife and I received at this location was far superior to any other place in the area. Tobe honest about it we found the hospitality and curiosity we received was still better than most places in West LittleRock. When we enter the restaurant through the front door we were promptly unhappily greeted by Cindy who was wonderful verypersonable outgoing definitely enjoyed what she was doing and being there and being able to serve other people which is ablessing in itself. By the end of our time of ordering send me my wife and I have felt like we'd become a long live friends Kand on cutting up just having a great time chatting. Cindy will go far in the retail industry a restaurant Industry. I own myown business as well an appliance store in town An idea with customers all day long as well not only on the retail side of salesbut also the repair side in their homes. I know what it takes to be good at dealing with people because you interact with alltypes of different personalities throughout the day even so. But back to Cindy she was amazing she was in the process ofcleaning up for the evening because they were going to be closing before long and she let us know that she was going to wait andclean the bathrooms after we were through eatening because we sat on that side of the diamond room and she did not want us tohave to smell the cleaning Supplies that were used while we ate and enjoyed our dinner. When we were done she thanked us forcoming in for the evening wish just a good night and hope to see us again. It's been 3 days and I went in for lunch today sherecognized who I was she even recalled my name that they asked for when Ordering. and I ate there again today and she help me.She was fantastic very personable and I would consider her a friend. Seems all fast foods restaurants quality has dropped and prices risen , and in many cases the size of the sandwich has gotten... smaller . Shrinkflation I think they are calling it. Well this place is no different. Use to enjoy there food now I don't thinkI will be eating there any longer. Kinda sad things from the past what where good are so so at best these days . Haven't had Arbys in awhile, thought I would give it a try. Was NOT dissapointed. Hot, Fresh Roast Beef sandwich. Crinkle Fries... were hot and cooked to perfection. I ordered a few meals online through the app and arrived 10 minutes later. I had to wait in the lobby for another 5 minutes for... my food to be prepared. They forgot to give me one of my sandwiches. Disappointing. Read more
