Don't believe their hours on their signs. I pulled up to their lobby one day at 3 pm and the person inside said "umm, we're... closed." Put a sign up! Then today I pulled into their drive through at 9:50 pm noting their sign said the drive through closesat 10:30. Nope. Apparently 9:50 is when their drive through closes. Their food has been consistently good, I just wish theirhours were as consistent. Read more
If I could give them no stars I would. Pulled up at 1030 AM when their stores hours say they open at 10, cars are in the parking... lot but NO ONE IS INSIDE. The doors are locked and they do not have anyone their to take your order. When I called theycontinued to ignore the phone call. Unacceptable service. -10 stars. Read more
This is now the third time I've came to this Arby's and wasn't served. I'm currently sitting in the drive thru at 10: 39. Claims... online yall don't close till 11 but yet now the third time i have pulled up and no awnser from the speaker. It's like theyexpect you to sit there until they are closed because their too lazy to do their job. Look I worked fast food for over 7 yearsand I know how it's supposed to work. Apparently your Gm needs to visit more often or take a little more pride in your store andserving your guest. Unacceptable to say the least. I will be calling corporate Monday morning. Read more
2 stars is a definite improvement. Gave this location another try after 12+ months and as expected, it took a exorbitant amount... of time to get just 3 meals in the drive through. The only reason that they even gave us food after waiting so long was out oflegal obligation given that they had already taken our money. The 1 star improvement is that they didn't forget anything thistime around. It's obvious at this point that friendly and efficient service isn't a high priority for this store's managementand/or owners. I recommend closing the drive through and only serving customers inside the restaurant. Please change your sloganto "Arbys, we EVENTUALLY have the meats". Read more
The orange cream shake is a nice addition to their menu. But more importantly, the lady that took my order walked out from... behind the counter when my order was ready to help me carry multiple trays. Well done. Read more
Fries were nice and hot. They fill up the actual cups of cheddar cheese instead of only giving you half a cup. And my beef and... cheddar had lots of cheddar instead of just one little squirt. Definitely one of the best Arby's I have ever been to. Read more
I go to Arby's for lunch in the summer time mainly because it's not as greasy as a burger joint. But I do go to this Arby's alot... and they have never let me down. They always get my order right and it normally doesn't take to long to get my food. I alwaysget the old school Arby's roast beef classic double and cover it in Arby's sauce. So if you like Arby's stop on in they willtake care of you. Read more
It was 8pm. I ordered a brisket sandwich, a roast beef sandwich, two fries, a turnover and a cookie. The brisket sandwich was... $7. It was super dry like it had been under a heat lamp for too long. It should never have been served. The fries wereundercooked and you could taste the raw potato in the middle. The turnover tasted old. Check your food before you leave theparking lot. Read more
