Slackin! I love arbys but the time it took today is pathetic. I sat at the drive through speaker for 5 minutes before they even... acknowledged that I was there. Fast food service (in general) is rapidly going downhill. Your loosing money Arby's. People can'trisk getting back to work late from a half hour lunch break all because it took too long at the drive through. See my picture?Get used to that view, because that's what you'll be staring at for quite a while if your experience is like mine. Was sad to find out they no longer have fish sandwiches and when I asked for a special burger without the sauce I was told they... couldn't leave the sauce off! Oh and they don't have mustard. Read more

I wanted a side salad and thought Arby's would be the best place to go. The young lady who worked the drive-thru window had... pulled a salad and I saw her go to whoever was on duty for the lunch time today (December 21, 2017, 11:45 a.m. or so) to showthe salad to him. She then went back around the counter and came back with what I thought was a new salad. I returned to myoffice and opened the sack. It didn't take any time to figure out the salad was not worth eating, as it looks as if the lettucehas been frozen and was turning brown. I don't have time to return the salad, so that's just $1.99 down the toilet. I will,most likely, not return to this Arby's location. They KNEW something was wrong and still sold it to me. Read more
Everything was good as usual except for the lobby area. It had trash on the floor.
