Had dinner last night and all the food was hot, delicious. We have been going to this restaurant for 22 years when we relocated... to NC. We met Steve the new owner and his treatment of his customers is 5 stars along with the food. We 4 had the special 2slices of pizza with 1 drink and we brought the other drink. Then we had dinner Baked Ziti with garlic bread and salad, VealParmesan sub, then our friends split the chicken Parmesan dinner with NO splitting charge. Our waitress was always asking if wewere in need of anything not just once but the whole time we sat there after our dinner talking. She brought take home box?sand cleaned our table. The owner Steve was walking by and he also would talk with us a very good businessman. Good Italiansauce, good subs, French fries r delicious. So if u r in need of not cooking one night drop on over to Little River House ofPizza. The absolute BEST NY style pizza and pasta dishes around the little river area!!! The workers are absolutely wonderful too!!! We... have a family member with an onion allergy, and they made sure to not only take the onions off the salad but to call us back toinform us the ziti sauce had onion in it as well!! I went to this place while on a very recent beach trip. The first time was delivery, the second time walk in. I will be quite... honest. Both of my experiences were pure FANTASTIC!!!!!!Excuse my French, but this is the best damn Italian around!! The pizzasare perfect, excellent flavor, and I am picky about sauce! Not to mention they have the absolute best roast beef sub you canfind. I crave them constantly now!! The fries were even amazing, not overcooked like most places and hot upon delivery and pickup as well; don't even get me started on the house dressing! It is dangerously addictive (in a good way) and tastes glorious onthe fries as well! The staff was attentive, fun, and had a great sense of humor and outstanding customer service. Our server was wonderful. I had the Philly Cheesesteak with fries and my wife had the hot Italian. All were tasty and hot when... served. The bread used is fantastic. Brought a to go pizza home. It was good but the sandwiches were the best. No alcohol isserved so don't expect a cold brew with your meal. As my review followers know, I am normally a fan of an open kitchen where youcan watch the cooks work there magic, but here I was not a fan. Listening to the bickering and berating made for a ratheruncomfortable dining experience. We will come back for the food, but it will be for take out. Read more
When the food is good, it?s really good here but when it?s bad it?s really bad. This place is just not very consistent. It?s... definitely not clean. This place has a lot of potential I do. Hope it gets better. Pizzas really good here. The salads areenormous. Read more
