They blamed it on the freezers that broke over a month ago which they've had plenty of time to restock... Funny, every time we put in an order, they don't have exactly what we ask for. Last 3 times, they had no product.
This was the absolute worst Baskin Robbins I have ever been to, let alone ice cream place. First and most important of all,... they didn?t have 31 flavors, only like 15. Many of the containers were also empty. All of the flavors were missing labels exceptfor a couple of them. The ones that were labeled were labeled incorrectly, and you can forget about trying to eyeball theflavors because the glass covering them was full of condensation from all the ice cream being melted. The workers didn?t evenknow where the flavors were or which flavor was which. Despite there being no other customers when my family and I were there,the employees behind the counter were reluctant to help us. Both of them were extremely rude, unsanitary, and unprofessional,even though one of them was supposed to be the manager. My sundae was smooshed with a lid, where the melted ice cream wasseeping out of the sides, dripping everywhere. The lady just said ?I couldn?t fit the lid on there?; no apology, no napkins,nothing. Their milkshakes were also 50% milk. After eating their ice cream, I ended up having stomach problems. However, theirbathroom didn?t have any toilet paper, so don?t expect to get rid of the ice cream before you leave this place. Overall, thiswas a terrible experience and I would advise never stepping foot in this unholy establishment. Me and my parents went in to get ice cream and me and my mom I had gotten the wrong icecream and when I went up to the lady to... get it fixed she had attitude. The staff also has attitude and talks about the customers they are still sitting in the lobby. Read more
They had maybe 10 flavors available, most with no label. Our ice cream tasted like they had melted it and then tried to freeze... it again multiple times.. thought this was super strange. Read more
The ice creams looked halfway melted with @ 10 flavors. Most of the buckets were not labeled and sliding lids were broken that... covered the ice creams. There were no chocolate dipped cones, mint chocolate chip ice cream, or friendly service. No apologiesfor items that they did not have. Very disappointed in this experience. Read more
We went for lunch this time. There was plenty of free parking available. There were also plenty of tables. Lunch is definitely a... great time to come. We were offered both a lunch menu and a dinner menu at 2:00 p.m. in the afternoon. I got a combinationSeafood basket, which was recommended by or server Laney.
