I have been living in Little Elm for about 4 and half years, and this was one of my favorite spots to eat. However, the service... and overall attitude of the staff has gotten progressively worse over time. Some of the wait staff hardly smile, and when youtry to order a substitution (such as one sauce versus another sauce) they act like you are from another planet. Also, themanager used to know what I liked...but the last time I tried to order my favorite dish, he charged me extra for justsubstituting the sauce instead of the meat...the sauce!!! The cooking and management staff look at you strangely from behindthe counter, making the dining experience uncomfortable. Also, please...please learn the language. At least the rudiments ofit, I understand if you just got here...but after five years you should master English. I will not eat at this location again,the one in The Colony has better service and better staff. Read more
If you're looking for modest Americanized Italian food, then this place is for you. The food is ok, but the pasta is not made... from scratch. Generous portions. Overall, it's a nice place to bring a young family for dinner. Young men: if you're lookingfor a place to eat that will impress your date, look elsewhere. I ordered 2 slices of pizza "to go" and once inside, decided to stay instead. My 4 yo grand DEVOURED her pepperoni slice and... said "this is the most wonderfuller pizza ever!" She decided right then when "I grow up i want to do what they are doing"(waitresses). The staff heard this banter, and engaged her, so sweet! She got ice cream on the house for finishing her hugeslice, eating here was the highlight of our day FOR SURE. It was delish. Read more
My mother called in an order last night for pizzas and was delivered pasta instead. I heard her place the order, I was sitting... next to her. She clearly said "I need 2 large chicken alfredo pizzas, add onion, spinach and mushroom to one and leave the otherplain." Chicken 'fettuccine' was delivered instead. When she called back to clear up the situation, the owner was combative andtold her that she ordered fettuccine, which she certainly did not. He argued with her and told her that he could not "read hermind" - unbelievable! He also said he would charge her for pasta AND pizza! She told him the driver took the pasta back and heagreed to just cancel, thank goodness. When she tried to make her case for ordering actual pizzas - he HUNG UP ON HER! If sheinitially said she wanted pasta, why would she say 'large'?? Why would she add all those veggies? TERRIBLE customer service. Hecompletely misunderstood her and tried to turn it around on her. Love this little mom and pop ?s place. Pizza is excellent, especially the supreme. My only feedback it the smell when you walk... in. It smell like dirty mop or floor cleaner. It?s a complete turn off to my appetite. It should smell like garlic and oliveoil, and pizza! Read more
As far as I can tell this place was picked up out of Philly or NJ and put down in Texas. All the food was great. Anyone... complaining about the staff has never been to a place like this in the north east. Reminds me of home. Only reason why 4 and not5 stars is because they won't deliver to us. If I have time to come here again I will. We ordered Medium White and MediumSupreme pizzas, fried mushrooms, calamari, and mozz sticks as well as a chicken picatta. Read more
Went here about 3 weeks ago and my husband and I love the food here ???? so grateful this business exists here in Little Elm. As... someone who is from Italy I truly do miss eating Italian food which is quite hard for me to find here in Little Elm due to itbeing such a small town. I am absolutely in love with their Italian-American style pastas and pizzas. Staff and theowner/manager are all great people! I have no complaints! ???? Read more
