Tried to get ice cream and they are literally out of everything, including shake mix, water and napkins. 3 young girls... overwhelmed and customers were told that no one could make the ice cream because they were not 18. The last 2 or 3 times I've gone here it's been really dirty with ice cream everywhere. Our cups had ice cream all over the... outside and so did the ipad for checking out. Additionally, my ice cream today had icy sections like it melted and re-froze. Read more
I ordered a custom ice cream cake. I cannot express how absolutely DELICIOUS this cake was. It was worth every penny spent and... they fulfilled every request. I'm usually skeptical on ice cream cakes but hands down the best one I've ever had. I willdefinitely be ordering from here more often. Well done!! Read more
Great employee but not to sure of themselves. I got a sweet cream and it was not very good. Usually excellent. Went back and... they offered to give me another but I didn?t want the same kind. So I just threw it away. They offered no refund or storecredit. That is disappointing. We will be back but not for awhile. Read more
The ice cream is delicious but the service could use an upgrade. They had ran out of cotton candy and when I asked if they did... the points using the phone number and he replied oh yah we do but I already rang up your order. Even though I have always got asmall cup of water with our ice cream from other locations he said he wasnt allowed and I could purchase a bottle of water. Poorcustomer service all together. Read more
Great place! The service is friendly and the ice cream is delicious! The owner is very dedicated in running the store and I... guarantee you she puts in her best effort to make her customers feel satisfied every possible way when they purchase something.People seem to complain about the price a lot but keep in mind that this is FRESH ice cream. It's not some frozen thing in a binwith a bunch of preservatives enabling it to have a two year shelf life. This is fresh ice cream made by the owner with her ownhands and time. Plus, milk and gas prices are rising so you can't really expect a one dollar cone ANYWHERE, especially in DFWarea. Read more
The first time I went here I had great service and the ice cream tasted amazing. The second time I went (tonight) the service... was horrible. We told them specifically we wanted the ice cream to go and it melted all over us on the way home. It took 30minutes to make 5 ice creams. They got half the orders wrong and couldn't remember what we wanted. I only wanted two toppings!They had to be reminded multiple times to put in stuff that we told them too and all five of us only asked for one or two itemson the ice cream. The dark chocolate ice cream didn't taste like dark chocolate and the chocolate tasted like vanilla. Thebutter pecan ice cream was amazing but the strawberries on top were frozen solid. Horrible experience and I got charged 20 bucksto have to clean ice cream off my car because they didn't make them to go despite asking multiple times. Read more
