The manager was very nice & was able to get my order done perfectly & quickly.
I ordered cookies here for the last time this weekend. I placed my order on Tuesday so it would be ready when I needed it.... However that is not the case. I arrived 15 minutes before my pickup time thinking it would be ready. Long story short I waitedan hour for my cookie cake. I was not the only one waiting on pre-orders. I was told several times that my cake was next andthat took 4 cakes later. The problem here is not the TWO young women working it is the owner is not looking after this store.There is no management of time or orders. The women working there we working very hard but there were two of them and lots oforders and ice cream orders to be filled. Several customers left after realizing they would not get their cakes in time. Thewoman making the cakes was so stressed from all the people. I felt bad for her! I tried to reach out to an email on previous badreviews before posting but I didn't receive a response. Hopefully these young women find jobs where they are treated better. Read more
Went in today to get my family some doozies. The lady Kaylee was incredibly rude and rolled her eyes at me. She also wouldn?t... accommodate my special order which was not even difficult . First but last time ever in this location. Never been treated sopoorly. Read more
Went to night to buy cookies for my 3 year old. General manager Venus. Told me she would be with me . Ignoring for a while while... she was trying to figure out something on the doordash tablet yelling at another employee in the bathroom to come help me. Ifshe knew she was in the bathroom why would she not stop to help me for one minute. Then when I asked if I am not that importantas a customer she started to talk back to me. I asked for her name to report her to her GM . She said I am the GM. Very rude andunprofessional. Read more
I called last minute to get a birthday cake for my son. The team member who answered the phone was so kind and helpful. She had... an extra cake available and was able to customize it within 30 minutes and ready for pickup. It was delicious and exactly whatmy kiddo wanted. Thank you for the wonderful customer service! This is the only cake my husband will eat. We order at this location for birthdays and Father?s Day every year. The cakes are... fresh and last several days. The staff is always friendly. Only takes a couple of hours notice to order a fresh, decorated cake.This location is convenient to us in northwest Frisco. Read more
