I love KFC Chicken and their menu of items. I especially like their Chicken Bowls and value for the portion size. However, this... location gives subpar service and is somewhat unclean. The employees are not very friendly and service is often slow. I wouldrecommend giving this location a try but there are also other KFC locations available. Read more

Wish I could leave zero stars. Let me first start with this. What in the world are you guys and gals doing in there. Tonight my... family and I picked up three boxes of leg and thigh dinners. Upon pulling back the skin on my thigh and taking a bite I got awhiff of spoil rotten chicken not only could I smell it I could taste that it was spoiled. Thank god the other two boxes did nothave spoiled chicken in them other wise my daughter and pregnant wife could have eaten it. I tried calling the store no answerthe store has its door shut and locked so you cannot get in. I would have had to wait through the line for another half hour. Icalled corporate and they took a report and notified the upper management over that store. I pray no one else get sick from thisestablishment tonight. Read more
Multiple times I?ve attempted to come here and are told they are closing or out of food. There were three cars in the drive... thru, get to the speaker at 10:05 PM to be told they are out of food and he?s closing. They don?t close till 11:00. As someonethat worked for KFC/YUM for years while in high school, we didn?t have the luxury of closing early. We told them the wait timeand took care of the customer. Not anymore. They could have made the food in under 8 minutes, but would rather go home. Thislocation has multiple issues (hence their rating). Someone needs to make a change, or maybe corporate is happy with lostrevenue. Not sure. Either way, it?s poor business. Can?t wait for the Bojangles to open up next door! Read more
Horrible food and service got some nasty burnt dry chicken strips so was given a voucher go to use voucher and was informed they... didn?t have any chicken strips or any chicken sandwiches smh at this point just shut down this trash ???? of a so calledestablishment!!! Read more
We placed on online order, and went to pick it up when the app notified us that our order was ready for pickup... Arrived at... 3:14 pm, parked, go to open the front door (labeled for "online orders only"), and it's locked. Get back in the car, head overto wait the drive-through line... Finally reach the order mic at 3:29, I told them I was there for my online order...and I'mtold to go to the front door... Drive over to the front door...it's locked... eventually an employee comes to the door andlet's me in. They tell me my order is *ALMOST* done... I didn't return to my vehicle with food in hand until 3:42.. HALF ANHOUR AFTER my order was noted as "ready for pickup". The employees were fine but to make matters worse, the place wasdisheveled, and in need of cleaning. Save your money, AND YOUR TIME, and go eat somewhere else! Read more
Always problems going to this location. The drive thru consistently takes >30 minutes, and the last time I picked up in the... lobby, they had the A/C off in the store?in the middle of summer.
