Not a good location of Wendy's to eat at! The drive thru takes forever every single time. They got my order completely wrong. ... Which of course I didn't know until I got home. They were not friendly at all. After sitting in the drive thru for 45 min Iwas so irritated by it all that I just ate what wasn't stone cold. Even though none of what I ordered was in the bag. How comfortable do you have to be at your job to forget to give your customers the food then mean mug them cause they aren't... leaving the drive through. Then not even get the order right. In the time this happened we weren't greeted , the girl at thewindow shoved the drinks at us, however I'm glad I speak Spanish cuz it was wonderful to hear her laughing and talking about itin Spanish to the other coworkers. It wasn't until a secondary coworker came by and spoke to me in Spanish that the first girlrealized what she was doing.. unfortunately this is the new trend for this store Read more
Rude, and no consideration for customer concerns. Lines are long waiting with a rushed and inconvenient attitude towards... customers. Was told I was wrong when. Pointing out a mistake in my order they made. Asked if I was sure I counted right andbefore I could respond the window was slammed closed in my face and their back turned on me for almost 6 or 7 minutes while Iwaited with half my order and no idea if they were fixing it or just ignoring me. Then handed me still the wrong order and saidhere and shut the window again... late. Ight drive thru is not worth the wait or treatment here. Read more
Drive thru was open but they would let me carry out or walk through the drive thru. My vehicle doesn't fit in their drive thru.... There was no customers any where and the person on the phone said they couldn't take orders at the front counter because theydidn't have enough people. Businesses are failing because they don't care about the customer. I was hungry and was going toorder $13 worth of food. I tried the online app and it would only let me pick up through the drive thru which the person told meI wasn't allowed to walk through. I will go elsewhere from now on. Comically slow fast food. Almost as if they purposely make everything take as long as possible. Its probably worth the drive to... another Wendys instead, might even be quicker. Service is super lack luster. They essentially threw my food in the car and walked away. They were not busy, no need for the... behavior. Parking lot and surroundings are super run down and neglected. Food was good, but I'm a sucker for the baconator. Read more
First time i I ever came and wasn?t a line kinda shocked but then I realized who was running the drive thru it?s always ... Horrible service from the guy that runs it at night.
