This locations food is 5 stars, always. But the speed of service is 1 star. This is the third time our wait at the drive up was... 25 minutes from arrival to food delivery. And during that time they lost at least 10 cars who simply left the line. Read more
Almost never have their door unlocked in the morning (8:00-10:00am). Have gone to Taco Bell or occasionally Subway next door 20+... times because they haven't unlocked the door and I'm sick of trying to get their attention by knocking on the window. Not evengoing to come out their way anymore. Read more
Service was speedy. Regular Tacos were good. The Chicken Street Tacos were very skimpy( mostly all flour tortilla) Very... little filling. Everything else was good. Read more
I waited almost 15 minutes in the drive-thru waiting to order. Then another 10 minutes at the window for my food. I love Taco... John's but I don't live near one or I would have left. I am disabled so I needed the drive-thru. When I got to the window Icould see two employees inside doing NOTHING. I have worked in food service and I know this is inexcusable!!!!! Everything is fresh and not rehydrated. Their drive thru is a little slow. The only bad thing is their sauces come in packets... instead of a container of salsa, except for the super hot sauce (green space) which I recommend. And the potato olays, whatmore can you say! Read more
After multiple minutes of trying to get a response at the drive up, I pulled up to the window and gave my order. The women at... the window said her manager said I had to go back around to the drive up before they would take my order. There was one personahead of me sitting at the window when we drove up and finally one person pulled up behind me while I was waiting at the driveup. Not busy at all. So I left and went to Taco Bell. I've been to this Taco John's many times will good results. Not sure ifthey were having a bad day, but they lost the sale. It's Taco John's, not some 5 star restaurant. Read more
Trapped in line during lunch. Sitting here for 35 minutes. 17 of those after I ordered. Unreal. Here's the only picture I have... from my visit so far ???? Update: someone apparently made a $200 order. Employee was nice and food was good so I added a starbut 40 minutes in a drive thru means I'm not going back ??????? Read more
Ask for no lettuce. Receipt says no lettuce. All tacos filled with lettuce. Added tomatoes and extra cheese paid extra but... had to scape them off because of the lettuce. VERY UNHAPPY Read more
