This locations food is 5 stars, always. But the speed of service is 1 star. This is the third time our wait at the drive up was... 25 minutes from arrival to food delivery. And during that time they lost at least 10 cars who simply left the line. Read more
Almost never have their door unlocked in the morning (8:00-10:00am). Have gone to Taco Bell or occasionally Subway next door 20+... times because they haven't unlocked the door and I'm sick of trying to get their attention by knocking on the window. Not evengoing to come out their way anymore. Read more
Service was speedy. Regular Tacos were good. The Chicken Street Tacos were very skimpy( mostly all flour tortilla) Very... little filling. Everything else was good. Read more
I waited almost 15 minutes in the drive-thru waiting to order. Then another 10 minutes at the window for my food. I love Taco... John's but I don't live near one or I would have left. I am disabled so I needed the drive-thru. When I got to the window Icould see two employees inside doing NOTHING. I have worked in food service and I know this is inexcusable!!!!!
