Order took over 25mins, Israel took down the order confirmation information incorrectly. Was offered a free sandwich to make up... for the issue. Found the McRib had no sauce or other ingredients, just meat and bread. Talk about a slap in the face to thecustomer. Went back the next day to deal with the issue, told to talk to the manager Nora who wasn't there. I was toldthere's nothing they can do. I want a complete refund of my order, I do not want to come back to this location. I am veryupset with the customer service I received and the lack of care when they speak to a customer. Read more
Horrible!!! Placed a mobile order went to pick up inside and the lobby was locked and no signs on the doors. Already paid for it... so I had to wait in the drive-thru line for 20 min. When I got my food finally, of course the fries were ice cold like alwayss.But the real kicker was the 2 happy meals I got for my kids. Both cheeseburger happy meals only ketchup. Food was great was done properly went inside there are multiple self service kiosk for your usage. I placed a mobile order and... upon arrival the food was packaged quickly and handed over. Location wise.... its located in a busy area near the highway andmultiple intersections can be hard to enter and exist due to heavy traffic in the afternoon. Overall will be visiting thislocation often they are open 24hrs which is a plus. Read more
After regularly patronizing this McDonalds over the course of a year they have shown to be consistent and reliable. Only on a... few occasions did they make mistakes with my order or have exceptionally long waits. There is a separate drive through lane tokeep people from driving through the parking lot which is nice, although it is frequently ignored which can be irritating.Overall it is still a pretty hassle free drive through experience. The staff at this location are all very nice and polite and the food is your typical McDonald's food which is good. But that's... all they've got going for them. I order through the app because it's easier and the drive thru line is long on occasion. My foodcomes out pretty quickly, but at least 80% of the time, something is wrong or missing. I've complained to management andcorporate, not to get free food because I really don't care about getting something for free, but because im tired of my ordersalways being wrong. Yet nothing changes, despite the response from the district manager that "we're doing more training to makesure this doesn't happen again." The training at this location has to be the absolute worst, and their employees clearly don'tread the order screens. If it were just wrong toppings, that would be annoying. But when they missed an entire meal, that's justcareless and stupid. If you have to choose between this McDonald's location or literally any other fast food restaurant, go withliterally anywhere else. Your order will probably be correct. Read more
Their service is good most of the time. Occasionally they aren't friendly and fail to repeat your items ordered at pickup... window. Usually good though. Read more
I wouldn't normally rate a McDonald's but I was really impressed with this one. I do doordash and was working late night. I had... 3 orders from here and the long line moved swiftly each time. When I was done I decided to get some food for myself. Once again,line moved fast and the food was hot and fresh. They do it right here. Read more
This is McDonald's. Yes, it's fast food, and their hamburgers have tasted like masking tape since the 1980s. But the employees... and staff here are quite courteous, friendly, and reliable. When you are desperate for something, these employees will getthings right. Interestingly, this is the second McDonald's store on this site, and this new building is better than theoriginal. Read more
