Sandwiches are decent quality but the employees don't use the mobile order pickup area. Instead they place mobile orders on... their back counter which is inaccessible. The whole point of the mobile order is to be able to skip the line and grab your foodquickly, but this location doesn't allow that. You will have to wait in line only for them to turn around, grab your sub, andhand it to you. Very frustrating and not really worth coming here with this setup. Read more

This is the last time I'll order from this location, and perhaps any Jimmy Johns ever again. My office is 5 minutes down the... road from this location, and even then, my delivery has been consistently at least a half an hour late. Right now I am going on40 minutes late with no order. Sadly I can't pretend the service here isn't absolute trash anymore. I really do try and give any service industry employees the... benefit of the doubt no matter what. I've had questionable service before but this last experience takes the cake. I placed atimed order for 2 sandwiches. They weren't ready when they should have been which I've come to expect from this crew. No bigdeal, I wait and get the sandwiches. When I get home I realize they are both wrong and not only wrong but just looked like trashtoo. My hunter's club literally had 2 pieces of meat on it. I go back, politely explain that my sandwiches are wrong. They lookat them, touch them (without gloves) then tell me next time I bring them back not to mess up the sandwiches like that. I askwhat they mean? I literally just I got them like this. Maybe ask the guy on the line who assembled it so poorly? then I say okyou can just give me a refund and they give me a 'credit' which what good is that when they mess up this bad almost every time.I'm not coming back. I contact customer service, explain I didn't want a credit I wanted a refund because I didn't even eat thesandwiches. Well, no response. Bye ???? these guys literally stole my money and accused me of doing something wrong. All Iwanted was lunch. I went home and made a sandwich. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE but this jimmy johns. Said the order was ready to be picked up. It wasn't ready and me along with 5 other people had to wait another 15-20 mins for... their orders. The sandwiches we ordered were inconsistent and also incorrect. One of the employees was hardly even helping theother one. Missing normal items and failing to remove requested items. They forgot to put the chips with the order. None of thesandwiches were marked as we asked so we had to sort it out ourselves, and with everything being wrong it was a challenge. I don?t know what just happened. Jimmy Johns is life. It?s always incredibly consistent for each location & somehow this was the... worst sandwich I?ve had from them. The bread tasted a day old, there was no avocado on our beach club and it took 5 minutes tomake our 5 sandwiches (only 2 varieties). Read more

This place has gone downhill. I've ordered pickup a few times recently, and orders have been missing things, sandwiches were... sloppily thrown together, bread is dry, etc. I once placed a pickup order around 5:30 only to find the place was closed when Igot there. When I complained the next day they offered a gift card, which was nice. But still annoying. When I've ordered itdelivered it's been anything but fast, sometimes taking 45 minutes and we only live a couple miles away. Tonight my order wasmissing chips, and I didn't realize it until I got home because they staple the bag shut. I'm sure staffing is an issue but it'sbeen this way for quite a while. I'd really like to speak to the owner-please leave a cell # in reply. I was in today 6/28 right at 11:00 am. The young man... working phones, moved to the register to take my order, then went to make my sandwich. All the while he was wearing the samepair of gloves all the way from phone, register, then handling my sandwich ingredients. He also wiped his brow with the glovedhand before grabbing my bread with same hand. As soon as I saw he was also making my sandwich, I was frozen in shock. He waslooking right at me and had no idea what he was doing wrong. He gave me the sandwich and I left. I couldn't even bring myselfto eat it and it went right in the trash. This was truly a disappointing experience and would appreciate a refund at the least. Read more

This is a chicken Caesar wrap?! I think not and why the staff felt this was acceptable to send out for a delivery! I show up to... the store, the young lady questions if this is how it showed up to me, as if I would get up in the middle of a storm after Ipaid for delivery and tipped the guy to lie about this. Service horrible, presentation even worse! I didn?t get a credit oranything, my ?wrap? was remade and wasn?t much better, but because I?m starving I ate it. Safe to say I won?t be back to thislocation. Customer service at a all time low at this location. Very disappointed! Read more
