Ya know. This place was not bad! I was here Sunday and I thought this place was legit. I had a grilled chicken rice platter,... spring rolls, and their Saigon Special Bahn Mi. It was good. Everything went well. The sanwhich is gum forgiving! Stuffed. Wifehad the Bun combination. Our service was nice and speed was legit. A well ran kitchen imo. I would come here again. Read more

I usually don?t write reviews but I gotta give it here one of the best chicken Pho I have ever tried. The waiter forgot to bring... me a cup of water. After like 5 mins I asked and he brought me the water and he didn?t let me pay at all. Definitely will beback!!! Read more

Everything was surprisingly delicious ... Food came out quick! Service was good! I didn't like the super pina-colata-tey fresh... spring roll sauce and Coconut Bubble tea. It was sickening sweet. Otherwise, da bomb fried rice, light pho soup and vermicellinoodles yum! Read more

Short cuts get you shorted out of customers. iHeart Pho on Maryland and iPho by Saigon on University no longer makes fresh egg... rolls and spring rolls. They're pre-made and now super dry and hard from re-frying but they still want to charge you fullprice. I wonder what else they're taking short cuts on?? ???? ask and I'll list them. Or simply do not patron theseestablishments. Read more

We have been coming to I <3 Pho every few months for about four years. The service is a little unpredictable - sometimes good,... sometimes not-so-good - but the food is predictably delicious! It's always hot and fresh, and usually out to the table prettyquickly. I feel like they've made some improvements to their recipes lately because the grilled pork spring rolls are betterthan ever. Even my 9-year-old noticed. The reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because the dining room is alwaysfilthy. I have never seen it clean. The condiment bottles are crusted with dried condiments and there is food splattered allover the walls and napkin/chopstick holders. It's a little ironic because they have one of those big household signs on the wallwith the list of "if you" messages such as, "if you dirty it, clean it up". LOL My fingers are crossed that the kitchen is muchcleaner than the dining room. I keep coming back because the food is so good, but it definitely feels like a gamble. We haven'tgotten food poisoning yet! Read more

I would recommend visiting I heart pho for pho. I tried the tofu pho in the large size and it was not only delicious but also... such a large amount that I had enough to eat for breakfast the next day. I can?t even imagine how large the xl size is. Thepricing is great for how much broth, noodles, and tofu you get. Parking is very easy in their lot. The only reason I amdeducting a star is because the restaurant was so cold to eat in. I kept my winter jacket on the whole time I was inside andeating. Read more

Ordered takeout, and OMG its fantastic! I got chicken pho, plus to share some tofu spring rolls and cream cheese wontons. The... price is as expected, and they got the pho perfect, with rice noodles, chicken, onions, cilantro, basil, lime, green onions onthe side. The hoisin sauce and chili sauce were together in a small container, and the broth was in it's own large container. The regular cream cheese wontons were tasty, not over cooked, and came with the red sweet n spicy sauce, yum! I only had alittle of the spring roll, and it seemed as spring rolls should. Fresh, springy, and chewy, with a delicious peanut-type brownsauce. It did fall apart after the bite though, so careful on sharing, ha! Enjoy this St. Paul treat!! Read more
