I had the worst customer service from Mai. Felt very stuck up and rude. Very unprofessional. I over hear the way she was talking... to her co-workers, and she was bossing them around and being very very rude to them. Inhumane. She rolled her eyes very much atmultiple people. This place is alright. Pros: Friendly and relatively quick service. Clean facility. Arcade available. Bar with food menu... available. Cons: Busy/loud. Didn?t have the fun lights or music we expected because the cyber bowling doesn?t start until10:00pm. Even shortly after 10:00pm, they still weren?t playing any music, using any fun lights, and still played boringinfomercials on the Tv, like come on! Also, way too expensive in my opinion. I hail from Green Bay so I am used to paying a fewbucks for a game and a few dollars for shoes. That costed my boyfriend and I a whopping $43 here. They need to start the cyberbowling earlier and lower their prices. Read more
Came in to AMF Saxon with four hungry kids & a Groupon to use on Sunday! Daza was running the front desk, the kitchen, bar/food... and helping out the lanes with one other coworker! She had a smile as she was running around & didn?t stress out when theGroupon couldn?t activate. We made it work and we will definitely be back. Thank you! Read more
Dirty, horrible food, barely any staff and when the hell did it cost $100+ to take a group bowling? Barely any ball options... warped lanes, disgusting shoe rentals. Half the food menu unavailable and $10 cocktails are just sugar. The perfect example ofa family that buys a business that has no idea how to run a business. Read more
Overall: It's a solid bowling alley, with everything you'd expect (balls, shoes, electronic scoreboards, and beverages). The bar... serves drinks and food. I would definitely return for future bowling nights. Pros: It has a good number of pool tables, sothere's always something to do even if you're waiting for a lane to open up. The friendly bartenders make a visit to the bareasy. They have an All You Can Bowl between 8:00 and 11:00 p.m. Cons: The bathroom facilities are going to need an updatepretty soon. I would have liked to have a more diverse drink selection at the bar (but, this may have just been the result ofthe recent COVID reopening). Read more
What a nice place to bowl on a quiet Thursday night. A few lanes were being used under the glow of colored lights. The staff was... very welcoming, helpful, and professional. The center was very clean and the prices were great! Party space can be rented andadult beverages may be ordered at the groovy bar. There is also a pro shop on the premises. There are many opportunities to joinleague bowling, as well as discount offers. This is a fun place for fun people to have some fun times. Read more
