The atmosphere was calm,peaceful and cozy. The person behind the counter was pleasant and helpful.
Upon completing our order we were instructed to wait put front from the drive through. One car behind us ( this is... important) We waited for about 25 minutes before I went to go inside. Another car pulled up next to us. I go inside and anemployee who was standing around JUMPED to attention and ran my food to me. Her hands shaking? Not sure why. We exchanged nowords. I leave and as I'm getting into the car the two gentleman who went in at the same time I did also walked out with theirfood... in a matter of 2 minutes. We leave. This Arby's in little Canada has the friendliest staff and we love the Chicken bacon swiss sandwiches and the curly fries.
Usually I don?t have issues with this Arby?s, but I went there tonight and the guy who took my order (long brown hair with a hat... on) was very short and rude with me not only while taking my order but also when he was handing me my order at the window. Hehad me repeat my order at the microphone and audibly sighed when I repeated myself, then as he was handing me my food at thewindow, he continued to have a conversation with his coworker while his back was turned towards me and just reached his arm outthrough the window to hand me the bag, no eye contact whatsoever. as someone who has 3 years experience in the food industry,this was very rude and unprofessional. I hope someone can teach this guy how to be respectful and polite to customers. Veryunfortunate. Read more

too slow. When I ask for the Super Roast Beef sandwich. I get a Beef 'n' Cheddar. I asked the guy what should I ask for to get a... Super Roast Beef. He tells his manager that I wanted to know what was on the Super Roast Beef. I didn't ask what's on it I justneed to know how to get it because they always give the Beef 'n' cheddar instead of what I asked for. Read more
