Oregon Dairy for the years I have been buying cakes from them. My wedding cake was the first cake and then many more. Updated Review: I spoke to the owner/manager of Oregon Dairy he was very nice and totally understanding of my situation. Went... above and beyond to make the wrong right for me. Was professional and polite to me and very understanding with my frustrations.Because the time was taken out to make the wrong right for me, I will give Oregon Dairy another tries. When I order again, Iwill make another review about the meal as well. Thank you for reaching out and talking to me as well as responding to myreview. I went from 1 star to 5 star because the owner/manager went above and beyond to help me. So, if someone has an issuewith something I can say your issue will be taken care of because the Owner/manager cares about his customers. I am a regularcustomer and order one to two times a week. I order 2 meals to go both come with gravy. Neither order had gravy in the meal. Themanager excepted me to drive the 40 minute round trip to pick up gravy that they forgot to put into the order. It's not worth mygas to drive the round trip for the gravy yall forgot to freaking give me I paid for ro complete my meal! Very rude service likethey done nothing wrong. Make sure you check your order's before you leave because they will except for you to come back andwaste your gas for something they forgot to give you. Planning to eat out with my family. Got there and of all things the restaurant was closed on Mondays! It was disappointing that... it ruined our supper plans. It absolutely makes no sense because then it is open Sunday. We had coupons for their soup and saladbar, and they were closed the day that the coupons expired! But they told us we can still use it the day after since they wereclosed on the day it expired. We appreciate their kindness in allowing us to do so. Read more
Worst customer service ever! We ordered takeout and when I went in to get it, I had to wait 10 minutes while 6 or 7 staff... members talked amongst themselves while completely ignoring me. Another woman came right up to the pick up counter where Istood, also completely ignoring me, straightening things along the counter until she made it to the end where she startedchatting with another customer. Finally someone stepped up to do their job and it turned out our food had been ready and waitingon the back counter the entire time. And once we got it home, we realized two of our sides were missing. When we called tocomplain, they said to call back tomorrow. The sausage and turkey sandwich were good but the corn and Mac and cheese weretasteless. It?s pretty sad when you are literally surrounded by corn fields in July and you are serving tasteless corn. Not surewhy this restaurant is rated so highly. We would recommend the Lititz Family Cupboard instead. Read more
We saw Oregon Dairy from the highway and had to double back and take a look. Reminiscent of Stew Leonards in CT and NY. Fun... attractions for the kiddos like a small farm with live animals, a playground, and of course, an ice cream shoppe. There?s also arestaurant and large grocery market. Fun spot to visit. I had a good experience here :) The customer service was great, the variety of baking items was amazing, and the style of the... grocery store is one of nicest I?ve seen. The store is pretty clean, and the staff is pretty friendly. SN: I mainly stayed inthe grocery store part and didn?t get a chance to visit the ice cream shop or restaurant. Read more
We ate here for the first time on a Sunday right around 11 and unfortunately will be our last time. The person seating us for... very rude not sure if he was having a very bad day or was rushed but then he sat us at a table made for 4 when we had 5 in ourparty. Made for a very uncomfortable dining experience. I only gave it a 3 because the waitress was very nice and we hadbreakfast which wasn't to bad. Read more
